Claims (11)
- 자기 물질 및 고흡수성 수지를 함유하는 수분 흡수제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기 물질이 순수한 철, 철 합금 및 자기 산화 물질의 분말들로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 유형이고 고흡수성 수지가 수성겔을 형성하는 유기 고분자 화합물인 수분 흡수제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고흡수성 수지가 전분-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 가수분해물, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 가수분해물, 폴리에틸렌 산화물, 비닐 아세테이트-아크릴 산 염 공중합체 가수분해물, 비닐 아세테이트-아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체 가수분해물, 비닐 알콜-아크릴산염 공중합체, 폴리아크릴 산염 및 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체 가수분해물로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 수용성 고분자 화합물을 물리적으로 또는 화학적으로 가교결합시킴으로써 수득되는 수분 흡수제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기 물질/고흡수성 수지의 중량비가 1/20∼5/1인 수분 흡수제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.5∼5㎜의 직경을 갖는 수분 흡수제.
- 고흡수성 수지, 물 및 자기 물질로 구성된 혼합물을 형성한 후 혼합물을 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 자기 물질 및 고흡수성 수지를 함유하는 수분 흡수제의 제조방법.
- 자기물질 및 가교결합에 의해 고흡수성 수지로 전환된 수용성 고분자 화합물의 수용액으로 구성된 혼합물을 형성한 후 수용성 고분자 화합물을 가교 결합시키고 혼합물을 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 자기 물질 및 고흡수성 수지를 함유하는 수분 흡수제의 제조방법.
- 자기 물질 및 고흡수성 수지를 함유하는 수분 흡수제를 수분-함유분말과 접촉시킨 다음 자석을 사용하여 수분을 흡수한 수분 흡수제를 분말로부터 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수분-함유 분말의 수분함량을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 분말과 접촉되는 수분 흡수제의 양이 수분 흡수제를 형성하는 고흡수성 수지의 양으로서 수분 흡수제 및 분말의 총중량에 대하여 0.005∼20 중량%인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 분말과 물 흡수제의 접촉시간이 3분∼4시간인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 분말이 점결탄인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
