Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- (A) : 다관능 (메트)아크릴레이트, (B) : 단관능 (메트)아크릴레이트, (C) : 광중합 개시제, 및 (D) : 극성 용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- (A) : 다관능 (메트)아크릴레이트, (B) : 단관능 (메트)아크릴레이트, (D) : 극성 용매, (E) : 유기 과산화물, 및 (F) : 그 유기 과산화물의 분해 촉진제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,(A) 및 (B) 가 모두 소수성인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(D) 가 물, 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로필알코올, 및 n-부탄올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 경화성 조성물
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,추가로, (G) : 온도 응답성 폴리머를 함유하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,(G) 가 (a) N-알킬(메트)아크릴아미드 유도체, 질소 함유 고리형 모노머 및 비닐기 함유 아미노산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 중합체, 및/또는 (b) N-알킬(메트)아크릴아미드 유도체, 질소 함유 고리형 모노머 및 비닐기 함유 아미노산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상과 비닐 모노머로 이루어지 공중합체인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,(G) 가 N-알킬(메트)아크릴아미드 유도체와, 카르복실산기를 갖는 비닐 모노머와, 상기 2 개와 공중합 가능한 비닐 모노머로 이루어지는 공중합체인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,N-알킬(메트)아크릴아미드 유도체가 N-이소프로필아크릴아미드인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,(G) 가 N-이소프로필아크릴아미드와 다이아세톤아크릴아미드와 아크릴산으로 이루어지는 공중합체, 및/또는, N-이소프로필아크릴아미드와 아크릴아미드와 아크릴산으로 이루어지는 공중합체인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,추가로, (H) : 입상 물질을 함유하고, 또한, (H) 가 상기 (A) ∼ (G) 에 용해되지 않는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,(H) 가 구상인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,(H) 가 가교 폴리메타크릴산메틸 입자, 가교 폴리스티렌 입자 및 구상 실리카 입자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(A) 를 1 ∼ 50 질량부, (B) 를 5 ∼ 95 질량부, (C) 를 0.1 ∼ 20 질량부, (D) 를 0.1 ∼ 10 질량부 함유하여 이루어지는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(A) 를 1 ∼ 50 질량부, (B) 를 5 ∼ 95 질량부, (D) 를 0.1 ∼ 10 질량부, (E) 를 0.5 ∼ 10 질량부, (F) 를 0.1 ∼ 10 질량부 함유하여 이루어지는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,(A), (B), 및 (E) 를 함유하는 제 1 액과, (A), (B), 및 (F) 를 함유하는 제 2 액으로 이루어지고, 제 1 액 또는 제 2 액 중 어느 일방 또는 양방에 (D) 를 함유하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(A) 와 (B) 의 합계가 100 질량부, (C) 를 0.1 ∼ 20 질량부, (D) 를 0.1 ∼ 20 질량부, (G) 를 0.001 ∼ 10 질량부 함유하여 이루어지는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,추가로, (H) 를 0.5 ∼ 10 질량부 함유하여 이루어지는 경화성 조성물.
- (G) 와 (D) 의 혼합물을 얻고, 그 후, 상기 혼합물에 (A) 와 (B) 와 (C) 를 합쳐서 동시에 혼합하 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 또는 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물로 이루어지는 접착제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 사용하여 가(假)고정하여 이루어지는 구조체.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 사용하여 부재를 가고정할 때의 온도가 -10℃ ∼ 40℃ 인 부재의 가고정 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 사용하여 부재를 가고정하여, 그 가고정된 부재를 가공 후, 그 가공된 부재를 30 ∼ 90℃ 의 온수에 침지하여, 상기 경화성 조성물의 경화체를 떼어내는 부재의 가고정 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,부재를 가고정할 때에 기재를 사용하고, 상기 경화체를 떼어낼 때에는, 상기 경화체가 기재에 남는 부재의 가고정 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,기재의 경화성 조성물에 대한 면의 표면 거침도 (RMax) 가 10㎛ ∼ 50㎛ 이며, 또한, 부재의 경화성 조성물에 대한 면의 표면 거침도 (RMax) 보다 10㎛ 이상 큰 부재의 가고정 방법.
