Claims (4)
- 전자기 강판을 적층하여 이루어지는 중공 원통 형상의 로터 코어와, 상기 로터 코어의 주연 근방에 설치되어 상기 로터 코어를 축 방향으로 관통하는 구멍인 슬롯과, 상기 슬롯의 내부에 배치되는 자석과, 상기 로터 코어의 제1 단부면에 배치되어 용융되는 수지가 주입되는 실린더를 구비하는 상형과, 상기 로터 코어의 제2 단부면에 배치되어 상기 상형과 같이 상기 로터 코어를 가압하는 하형을 구비하고, 용융된 수지를 상기 슬롯의 내부에 주입하여 사출 성형함으로써 상기 로터 코어에 상기 자석을 고정하는 공정을 갖는 로터의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 로터 코어의 제1 단부면과 상기 자석의 단부면과의 사이의 치수를 코어 단부면 자석간 치수로 하고,상기 슬롯의 내주면과 상기 자석의 측면과의 사이의 치수를 슬롯 자석간 치수로 하고,상기 슬롯 자석간 치수가 상이한 검증품을 복수 준비하고, 각 검증품에 대해 순차적으로, 상기 상형에 구비하는 실린더로부터 상기 슬롯의 내부에 용융된 수지를 주입하여, 수지가 상기 슬롯의 하형측 부분까지 널리 퍼짐으로써 상기 슬롯의 내주면과 상기 자석의 측면과의 사이의 전체면에 걸쳐서 수지를 충전할 수 있는 검증품 중, 상기 슬롯 자석간 치수의 최저값을 슬롯 자석간 최저 치수값으로 할 때에,상기 코어 단부면 자석간 치수의 값을 상기 슬롯 자석간 최저 치수값 이상으로 하는 조건하에서, 용융된 수지를, 상기 코어 단부면과 자석 사이를 통해 상기 슬롯과 자석 사이에 주입하여 사출 성형함으로써 상기 로터 코어에 상기 자석을 고정하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 단부면 자석간 치수의 값을, 상기 상형 및 상기 하형에 의해 상기 로터 코어를 가압하여 용융된 수지를 상기 슬롯의 내부에 주입하여 사출 성형할 때에 있어서 상형 및 하형을 체결 부착한 상태에서의 로터 코어의 축방향의 치수로부터 영구 자석의 축방향의 치수를 뺀 값으로 하는 조건하에서, 용융된 수지를 상기 슬롯의 내부에 주입하여 사출 성형함으로써 상기 로터 코어에 상기 자석을 고정하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터의 제조 방법.
