Description
図1は本発明のステータの製造方法の第1のステップを説明した模式図であり、図2aは第1のステップで製作された中間体の縦断面図であり、図2bは製造方法の第2のステップを説明した模式図である。
この際に、成形型Mの注入ゲートMa側にインシュレータ2の固定片2cが配設されるようにして中間体10を成形型Mに収容する。
成形型M内に注入された樹脂は、インシュレータ2の固定片2c側から流れ込むが、固定片2cの近傍では、コイル3が固定片2cにて係止されていることから巻線のばらけは生じない。
従来の二層巻きコイル用のインシュレータは、筒部の上下にそれぞれ内側のコイルと外側のコイルをそれぞれ係止する二つの固定片(したがって合計四つの固定片)を備えたものが使用されているが、ここでは筒部2aの上方に内側および外側のコイルのそれぞれを係止する2つの固定片2c、2dのみを備えている。
Claims (4)
- ステータコアのティースの周りに遊嵌されるインシュレータであって、ティースに遊嵌される筒部と、該筒部の一端に設けられた鍔と、鍔の端辺であってインシュレータがティースに遊嵌された際にティースの上下の端面のいずれかに対応する端辺からティースの径方向に延びて、先端にコイルを係止する爪を備えた固定片と、を備えたインシュレータの周りにコイルを配設して前記爪にコイルを係止させ、このコイルを備えたインシュレータをティースに遊嵌して中間体を製作する第1のステップ、
成形型内に中間体を収容し、前記固定片でコイルが係止されている領域の近傍から樹脂を成形型内に注入し、ティースおよびコイルの周りに封止樹脂体を形成してステータを製造する第2のステップからなるステータの製造方法。 - 前記インシュレータには、前記端辺からティースの径方向に延びる固定片と、この固定片の近傍に別途の固定片が設けてあり、
固定片で一層巻きのコイルを係止し、別途の固定片で他の一層巻きのコイルを係止することで二層巻きのコイルをインシュレータにて係止するようになっている請求項1に記載のステータの製造方法。 - 前記第1のステップでは、ステータコアの具備する全てのティースにコイルを具備するインシュレータを遊嵌して前記中間体を製作する請求項1または2に記載のステータの製造方法。
- 前記ステータは分割ステータであり、
前記第1のステップでは、各分割コアのティースにコイルを具備するインシュレータを遊嵌し、コイルを具備する分割コアを周方向に組み付けて前記中間体を製作する請求項1または2に記載のステータの製造方法。
