Claims (13)
- 제1 기지국을 경유하여 이동국에 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 접속하며, 그래서 제1 지연시간을 야기하는 제1 전송루트, 제2 기지국을 경유하여 이동국에 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 접속하며, 그래서 상기 제1 지연시간보다 더 긴 제2 지연시간을 야기하는 제2 전송루트, 및 상기 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 제어하는 제어수단을 이용하는 채널전환 방법에 있어서,상기 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크에 의해서, 통신에 개입된 상기 제1 지연시간을 갖는 상기 제1 기지국을 경유하여 상기 이동국과 통신하는 단계;상기 이동국에 의해서, 상기 제2 기지국의 라디오 채널을 통해 신호를 수신하는 단계;상기 이동국에 의해서, 상기 제2 기지국을 포함하는 채널전환 트리거 신호를 상기 제1 기지국을 경유하여 상기 제어수단에 제공하는 단계;상기 제1 전송루트에서의 지연시간을 상기 제2 지연시간으로 변경하는 단계;상기 이동국으로 지향된 신호를 상기 제1 및 제2 전송루트를 통해 전송하는 단계; 및상기 이동국에 의해서, 상기 신호들을 조합하거나 이들 신호 중 어느 하나를 선택하기 위해 상기 제1 및 제2 전송 루트를 통해 제공된 신호들을 수신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전송루트를 통해 제공된 신호들 중 어느 한 신호의 도착이 소정의 타이밍로부터 지연되는 사실을 검출하는 단계; 및상기 검출에 응하여, 상기 제1 및 제2 전송루트에서의 지연시간을 상기 제2 지연시간보다 더 긴 제3 지연시간으로 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 기지국과 이동국간 통신의 질을 통계적으로 평가하는 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 단계에 의해서, 상기 채널전환 트리거 신호는 소정의 임계치보다 낮을 만큼 상기 질이 저하된 상태를 포함하는 소정의 상태가 만족될 경우 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제1 기지국을 경유하여 이동국에 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 접속하는 제1 전송루트, 및 제2 기지국을 경유하여 상기 이동국에 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 접속하는 제2 전송루트를 이용하는 채널전환 방법에 있어서,상기 이동국에 의해 상기 제1 기지국에 제공된 신호에서 비동기 상태가 검출된 때, 제1 비동기 통보(notice)를 발생하는 단계; 및상기 이동국에 의해 상기 제2 기지국에 제공된 또 다른 신호에서 비동기 상태가 검출된 때, 제2 비동기 통보를 발생하는 단계를 포함하며,이들 단계에 의해서 재접속 형태의 채널전환 혹은 리콜(recall) 형태의 채널전환이 상기 제1 및 제2 비동기 통보가 발생된 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제1 기지국을 경유하여 이동국에 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 접속하며, 그래서 제1 지연시간을 야기하는 제1 전송루트, 제2 기지국을 경유하여 이동국에 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 접속하며, 그래서 상기 제1 지연시간보다 더 긴 제2 지연시간을 야기하는 제2 전송루트, 및 상기 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크를 제어하는 제어수단을 이용하는 채널전환 방법에 있어서,상기 제2 기지국을 경유하여 동일 이동국과 통신할 수 있다는 전제하에서, 상기 다이버시티 채널전환 트렁크에 의해서, 상기 제2 지연시간보다 길거나 동일한 지연시간이 개입된 상태로 상기 제1 기지국을 경유하여 상기 이동국과 통신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 이동국에 의해서, 상기 제2 기지국의 라디오 채널 신호를 수신하는 단계;상기 이동국에 의해서, 상기 제2 기지국을 포함하는 채널전환 트리거 신호를 상기 제1 지기국을 경유하여 상기 제어수단에 발생하는 단계;상기 제1 전송루트에서의 지연시간을 변경함이 없이 통신을 계속하는 단계;상기 제1 및 제2 전송루트를 통해 상기 이동국으로 지향된 신호를 전송하는 단계; 및상기 이동국에 의해서, 상기 제1 및 제2 전송루트를 통해 제공된 신호를 수신하여 이들 신호를 조합하거나 혹은 이들 신호중 어느 한 신호를 선택하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 채널전환 트리거 신호는 상기 제2 전송루트의 부가를 명령하는 부가 채널전환 트리거 신호이거나, 상기 제2 전송루트의 제거를 명령하는 제거 채널전환 트리거 신호이며, 상기 부가 채널전환 트리거 신호의 발생에 필요한 조건은 상기 제거 채널전환 트리거 신호의 발생에 필요한 조건보다 엄격하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 기지국이 채널전환을 받아들일 수 있는지 여부를 표시하는 채널전환 수락정보를 상기 이동국에 의해서 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하며,이 단계에 의해서, 상기 채널전환 트리거 신호는 상기 채널전환 수락정보가 확언 응답을 갖고 있을 때만 상기 제어수단에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제2 기지국이 신규 호를 받아들일 수 있는지 여부를 표시하는 호 수락정보를 상기 이동국에 의해서 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 채널전환 수락정보가 확언되는데 필요한 조건은 상기 호 수락정보가 확언되는 데 필요한 조건보다 엄격하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전송루트를 통해 제공된 신호중 한 신호의 도착이 소정의 타이밍으로부터 지연된 사실을 검출하는 단계; 및상기 검출에 응답하여, 상기 제1 및 제2 전송루트의 지연시간들을 상기 제2 지연시간보다 긴 제3 지연시간으로 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제1 기지국과 이동국간 통신의 질을 통계적으로 평가하는 단계를 더 포함하며,이 단계에 의해서 상기 채널전환 트리거 신호는 상기 질이 소정의 임계치보다 낮을 만큼 저하된 상태를 포함하는 소정의 조건이 만족된다면 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 기지국이 채널전환을 받아들일 수 있느지 여부를 표시하는 채널전환 수락정보를 상기 이동국에 의해서 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하며,이 단계에 의해서, 상기 채널전환 트리거 신호는 상기 채널전환 수락정보가 확언응답을 갖고 있을 때만 상기 제어수단에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제2 기지국이 신규 호를 받아들일 수 있는지 여부를 표시하는 호 수락정보를 상기 이동국에 의해서 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 채널전환 수락정보가 확언되는데 필요한 조건은 상기 호 수락정보가 확언되는 데 필요한 조건보다 엄격하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 채널전환 방법.
