 移動局UEが、上りリンクにおいて、上りリンク用個別リソースを用いて無線基地局eNBに対して制御信号を送信する移動通信方法において、上りリンク用個別リソースが設定されている場合と、上りリンク用個別リソースが設定されていない場合とで、上りリンクにおいて同期状態が確立されているか否かについての判定方法が異なる。
