Abstract

 本発明に係る移動通信方法は、無線基地局eNBが、連続受信周期で動作中の移動局UEに対して下りリンクデータ信号を送信した場合に、第1のタイマを起動する工程Aと、無線基地局eNBが、第1のタイマの起動後に下りリンクデータ信号を送信することなく第1のタイマが満了した場合に、移動局UEに対して移動局UTの受信周期を連続受信周期から第1の間欠受信周期に変更するように指示する変更指示を送信すると共に、上りリンク用個別リソースを解放する工程Bと、移動局UEが、受信した変更指示に応じて、移動局UEの受信周期を連続受信周期から第1の間欠受信周期に変更すると共に、上りリンク用個別リソースを解放する工程Cとを有する。
