Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る吸気ダクトを搭載した鞍乗型車両の一種である自動二輪車の側面図である。この自動二輪車の車体フレームFRは、前半部を形成するメインフレーム1と、このメインフレーム1の後部に取り付けられて車体フレームFRの後半部を形成するシートレール2とを有している。メインフレーム1の前端に設けられたヘッドパイプ4に、図示しないステアリングシャフトを介してフロントフォーク8が回動自在に軸支されて、このフロントフォーク8に前輪10が取り付けられている。フロントフォーク8の上端部に操向用のハンドル6が固定されている。

Claims (8)
- 鞍乗型車両のエンジンの過給機に走行風を吸気として供給する吸気ダクトであって、
前方の吸気取入口から後方の前記過給機に接続される下流部に向かって通路面積が徐々に小さくなる鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。 - 請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクトにおいて、車体の一側方に配置された前記吸気取入口からシリンダブロックの一側方を通り、前記シリンダブロックの後方の前記過給機に吸気を導入する鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。
- 請求項2に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクトにおいて、前記吸気取入口の外側壁が、吸気ダクトの最外側部分の内側壁よりも外側に位置している鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。
- 請求項1,2または3に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクトにおいて、前記下流部に通路面積が拡大する連結部が設けられている鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。
- 請求項4に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクトにおいて、前記連結部に吸気を浄化するクリーナエレメントが配置され、
前記連結部における前記過給機に接続される出口は、前記クリーナエレメントの部分よりも通路面積が小さく設定されている鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクトにおいて、前記吸気ダクトの内部に、前記過給機の吸込口に吸気を導く案内部材が設けられている鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクトにおいて、前記吸気ダクトは湾曲しながら前記過給機に接続されており、
前記吸気ダクトの横断面形状が、湾曲の中心から湾曲の径方向外側に向かって、前記湾曲の径方向に直交する直交方向寸法が徐々に小さくなるように形成されている鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクトにおいて、前記吸気取入口の開口縁が、平面視で、車幅方向外側に向かって後方に傾斜している鞍乗型車両の吸気ダクト。
