Claims (19)
- プロセスプラント内でプロセスを制御するために動作するプロセス制御システムであって、
複数の資源と、
プロセスコントローラと、
プロセス制御オペレータ用インターフェースと、
前記複数の資源の各々をメンテナンスすることに関連したタスクを実行するために用いられるメンテナンス作業員用インターフェースと、
前記複数の資源の各々の動作状態を反映した、前記プロセス制御オペレータ用インターフェースと前記メンテナンス作業員用インターフェースの各々が前記複数の資源の各々にアクセス可能かどうかを示す情報を格納する構成データベースと、
前記構成データベースに格納した前記情報に基づいて、前記プロセス制御オペレータ用インターフェースと前記メンテナンス作業員用インターフェースの各々から発信されたメッセージが前記複数の資源の各々に対して送信されることを許可又は禁止するルーチンと、
を備えるプロセス制御システム。 - 前記情報は、前記複数の資源の各々に対して、デバイスID及び前記メンテナンス作業員用インターフェースが前記複数の資源の1つにアクセスできるかどうか示す値を備える、

前記複数の資源の各々の動作状態を反映した情報である、前記プロセス制御オペレータ用インターフェースと前記メンテナンス作業員用インターフェースの各々が前記複数の資源の各々にアクセス可能かどうかに関する、前記複数の資源の各々に対するアクセスパラメータを示す資源のリストを構成データベース内に保持、
前記アクセスパラメータに基づいて前記第1ユーザインターフェースから発信されたメッセージが前記複数の資源の各々に対して送信されることを許可又は禁止することにより、前記複数の資源の各々と関連づけられた前記アクセスパラメータに従って、前記第1ユーザインターフェースと前記複数の資源の各々の間の通信を選択的に促進、及び
前記アクセスパラメータに基づいて前記第2ユーザインターフェースから発信されたメッセージが前記複数の資源の各々に対して送信されることを許可又は禁止することにより、前記複数の資源の各々と関連づけられた前記アクセスパラメータに従って、前記第2ユーザインターフェースと前記複数の資源の各々の間の通信を選択的に促進させる、コンピュータ読取り可能メモリ。 - 前記1以上のプロセッサに前記第2ユーザインターフェースのユーザが前記アクセスパラメータの1以上を修正することを可能にさせるために動作可能な命令を更に備える、

前記資源にアクセスするためにプロセス制御オペレータ用インターフェースを用いる前記第1ユーザと、前記資源にアクセスするために前記資源をメンテナンスすることに関連したタスクを実行するために用いられるメンテナンス作業員用インターフェースを用いる第2ユーザと、のどちらが前記資源にアクセスできるかを示す情報を格納し、
前記資源のための、前記資源の動作状態を反映した、格納した情報を探索し、
前記情報に基づいて前記資源にアクセス可能なユーザを判断するための探索された情報を評価し、及び
前記評価に従って、前記情報に基づいて前記第1ユーザが用いるインターフェース又は前記第2ユーザが用いるインターフェースから発信されたメッセージが前記資源に対して送信されることを許可又は禁止することにより、前記第1ユーザ又は前記第2ユーザのどちらかによる前記資源へのアクセスを選択的に促進することを備える、
方法。 - 前記資源にアクセスするための要求を第1ユーザから受信し、
前記資源にアクセスするための要求を第2ユーザに表示し、
前記要求を承諾する又は拒否するかの選択を前記第2ユーザから受信し、及び
前記第2ユーザから受信した前記選択に従って前記格納した情報を選択的に修正することを更に備える、
請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記資源へのアクセスを前記第2ユーザに返却するための要求を前記第1ユーザから受信し、
アクセスを前記第2ユーザに返却するための要求を前記第2ユーザに表示し、
確認を前記第2ユーザから受信し、及び
前記要求及び確認に従って前記格納した情報を選択的に修正することを更に備える、
