Description
1.駆動寿命は、特に青色発光の場合、未だ短く、これまでは、商業的に簡単な応用を達成することができるだけであった。
Ar1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい、5〜30個の芳香族環原子を有する芳香族若しくは複素環式芳香族環構造であり;
Ar2は、両方の基Ar1が芳香族環構造を表わすならば式(2)の基である。
又は、Ar2は、少なくとも1つの基Ar1が芳香族環構造を表わすならば、
出現毎に同一であるか異なり、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい、5〜20個の芳香族環原子を有するアリール若しくはヘテロアリール基であり;
R1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、H、F、Cl、Br、I、CN、NO2、N(R2)2、1〜40個のC原子を有する直鎖アルキル、アルコキシ若しくはチオアルコキシ基又は3〜40個のC原子を有する分岐或いは環状アルキル、アルコキシ若しくはチオアルコキシ基(各鎖は1以上の基R2により置換されていてもよく、そして、1以上の隣接しないCH2基は、-R2C=CR2-、-C≡C-、Ge(R2)2、Sn(R2)2、C=O、C=S、C=Se、C=NR2、-O-、-S-、-N(R2)-若しくは-CONR2で置き代えられていてもよく、また、1以上のH原子は、F、Cl、Br、I、CN若しくはNO2で置き代えられていてもよい)又は1以上の基R2により置換されていてもよい、5〜30個の芳香族環原子を有するアリール若しくはヘテロアリール基、又は1以上のR2基により置換されていてもよい、5〜24個の芳香族環原子を有するアリールオキシ若しくはヘテロアリールオキシ基、又は、2、3、4若しくは5個のこれらの構造の組み合わせであり;ここで、2個以上の隣接する置換基R1は、互いにモノ或いはポリ環状、脂肪族環構造を形成するものであってもよく;
R2は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、H若しくは1〜20個のC原子を有する炭化水素基であって、脂肪族、芳香族又は脂肪族及び芳香族の組合せであってよく、1以上のH原子は、Fで置き代えられていてもよく;ここで、2個以上の基R2は、互いにモノ或いはポリ環状、脂肪族若しくは芳香族環構造を形成するものであってもよく;
nは、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、0、1、2、3若しくは4であり、
mは、0、1、2、3、4若しくは5である。
Yは、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、塩素、臭素、沃素若しくは式OSO2R3の基、特に臭素を表わし、R3は、1〜20個のC原子を有する有機基を表わし、加えて個々のH原子はフッ素で置き代えられてよく、特に臭素を表わし、その他の記号及び添字は、上記と同じ意味を有する。
式(1)若しくは式(3)、若しくは(4)の化合物及びドーパントに加えて、更なる物質が、例えば、正孔-若しくは電子輸送材料が、発光層に存在してもよい。
以下の合成は、他に断らない限り、保護ガス雰囲気下で行われる。出発物質は、アルドリッチ(ALDRICH)或いはABCRから購入することができるか、又は文献から公知の合成により調製することができる。
OLEDが、WO 04/058911に記載される一般的プロセスにより製造されるが、これは、特別な状況(例えば、最適な効率と色を達成するための層の厚さの変化)に対する個々の場合において適合される。
Claims (9)
- 式(3)の化合物
Ar1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい、10〜16個の芳香族環原子を有する縮合アリールもしくはヘテロアリール基であり;
ここで、Xは、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、CR1若しくはNを表わし、
R1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、H、F、1〜6個のC原子を有する直鎖アルキル若しくはアルコキシ基又は3〜10個のC原子を有する分岐或いは環状アルキル若しくはアルコキシ基(各場合、1以上のCH2基は、-O-、-S-若しくは-N(R2)で置き代えられていてもよく、また、各場合、1以上のH原子は、Fで置き代えられていてもよい)又は5〜14個の芳香族環原子を有するアリール若しくはヘテロアリール基、又は、2若しくは3個のこれらの構造の組み合わせを表わし、2個以上の隣接する置換基R1は、互いにモノ或いはポリ環状の脂肪族環構造を形成するものであってもよく;
R2は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、H若しくは1〜20個のC原子を有する炭化水素基であって、脂肪族、芳香族又は脂肪族及び芳香族の組合せであってよく、加えて、1以上のH原子は、Fで置き代えられていてもよく;2個以上の基R2は、互いにモノ或いはポリ環状の脂肪族若しくは芳香族環構造を形成するものであってもよく;
nは、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、0、1、2、3若しくは4であり、
mは、1若しくは2であり、
ここで、アリール基若しくはヘテロアリール基は、共通の芳香族π電子構造を有する芳香族基若しくは複素環式芳香族基を意味し、単純なホモ若しくはヘテロ環であってもよく、或いは、少なくとも2個の芳香族若しくは複素環式芳香族環、互いに「縮合」する、即ち互いにアネレーション(anellation)により縮合する、即ち少なくとも1つの共通の辺を有し、それにより共通の芳香族π電子構造を有する、縮合芳香族環構造であることができる。) - 添字nは、0、1、若しくは2を表わすことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の化合物。
- 添字nは、0若しくは1を表わすことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の化合物。
- 2個の基Ar1は同一であって、同一に置換されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3何れか1項記載の化合物。
- 請求項1乃至4何れか1項記載の化合物の有機電子素子での使用。
- 有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子(OLED、PLED)、有機電界効果トランジスタ(O-FET)、有機薄膜トランジスタ(O-TFT)、有機発光トランジスタ(O-LET)、有機集積回路(O-IC)、有機太陽電池(O-SC)、有機電場消光素子(O-FQD)、有機光受容器若しくは有機レーザーダイオード(O-laser)から選択される、少なくとも1つの請求項1乃至5何れか1項記載の化合物を含む有機電子素子。
- 陽極、陰極及び少なくとも1つの発光層及び随意に正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、電子輸送層、電子注入層及び/又は電荷生成層から選ばれる更なる層を含む、請求項6記載の有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子。
- 請求項1乃至4何れか1項記載の化合物が、ドーパントと一緒に母体材料として使用される、又はエミッターとして若しくは電子輸送化合物として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7記載の有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項1乃至4何れか1項記載の化合物が、随意にドーパント及び/又は他の化合物と一緒に、昇華法により若しくは溶液から若しくは印刷プロセスにより適用されることを特徴とする、請求項6乃至8何れか1項記載の有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子の製造方法。
