Description
本発明は、1以上の以下の非限定的な実施例により説明される。
Claims (32)
- 集電体に直接結合する活物質を含む電極。
- 前記結合は、活物質と集電体との間に形成される化合物を介することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記活物質は、シリコン、アルミニウム、スズ、鉛、ビスマス、アンチモン、および銀の1以上を含んでなる請求項1または2に記載の電極。
- 前記集電体は、銅、ニッケル、アルミニウム、鉄、イリジウム、金、銀またはチタンの1以上を含んでなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 前記活物質はシリコン含有繊維を含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 前記繊維は単結晶繊維である請求項5に記載の電極。
- 前記繊維は、フェルト中に沈積される請求項5または6に記載の電極。
- 前記繊維は、複合物中に沈積される請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 前記繊維の少なくともいくらかはシリコン含有粒子から伸展される、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 前記電極はアノードである請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電極。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電極の製造方法であって、活物質を集電体と接触させることと、前記活物質および前記集電体の反応温度に加熱することを含んでなる方法。
- 前記活物質および前記集電体は、反応温度より高い温度に加熱される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記活物質および前記集電体は、5ポンド/平方インチ以上の過剰な圧力下で接触させる請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記化合物の形成は不活性雰囲気下で行われる、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電極の製造方法であって、シリコンを含有する活物質と銅集電体を接触させることと、シリコン−銅合金温度以上に加熱することを含んでなる方法。
- 充電可能なリチウム電池セルの製造方法であって、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法によりアノードを作製する工程と、カソードおよび電解質を加える工程とを含んでなる方法。
- カソードとアノードとの間にセパレーターを加えることをさらに含んでなる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- セルの周囲に容器を設けることをさらに含んでなる、請求項16または17に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のアノードを含む電気化学的セル。
- 前記カソードが、活物質としてのリチウムイオンを放出および再吸収することができるリチウム含有化合物を含んでなる請求項19に記載の電気化学的セル。
- 前記カソードは、リチウムベースの金属酸化物またはリン酸塩、好ましくはLiCoO2、LiMnXNiXCo1−2XO2もしくはLiFePO4を活物質として含んでなる、請求項19または20に記載の電気化学的なセル。
- 集電体と直接結合する活物質を含んでなる充電可能なリチウム電池セルアノード。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のアノードおよびカソードを含んでなるセル。
- 前記カソードは、リチウムベースの材料を含んでなる請求項23に記載のセル。
- 前記カソードは、リチウムコバルトジオキシドをベースとした材料を含んでなる請求項24に記載のセル。
- 請求項23〜25のいずれか1項に記載のセルにより駆動される装置。
- 1以上の実施例または図面を参照して実質的にここに記載されている電極。
- 1以上の実施例または図面を参照して実質的にここに記載されている方法。
- 1以上の実施例または図面を参照して実質的にここに記載されている電気化学的セル。
