Claims (14)
1. pri čemu je dio donjeg ruba unutarnje obloge (16) pričvršćen na dovodni krajnji dio okvira (12), a gornji rub unutarnje obruba (16) pričvršćen je na odvodni krajnji dio okvira (12) ) tako da se, kada protetski aortni zalistak (10) uruši produžene konfiguracije u srušenu konfiguraciju, a prvi i drugi red niti (78, 80) okreću se u aksijalnom smjeru protetskog aortnog ventila (10), omogućujući unutarnju oblogu (16) da se proteže u aksijalnom smjeru zajedno s okvirom (12), i pri čemu odvodni rub (162) vanjske obloge (18) sadrži mnoštvo naizmjeničnih izbočina (164) i ureza (166), pri čemu su izbočine (164) na drugom mjestu pričvršćene za okvir (12), a vanjska obloga (18) nije pričvršćen na okvir (12) na urezima (166), pri čemu kada je protetski aortni ventil (10) u proširenoj konfiguraciji, srednji dio vanjske obloge (18) ima opuštanje u aksijalnom položaju smjer između opskrbnog ruba (160) vanjske suknje (18) i prednjeg ruba (162) vanjske suknje (18), a kada se protetski aortni ventil (10) sruši iz proširene konfiguracije u urušenu konfiguraciju, aksijalni razmak između prednjeg ruba (160) vanjske suknje (18) i prednjeg ruba (162) vanjske suknje 18) povećava se, smanjujući opuštanje vanjskog ruba (18) u aksijalnom smjeru.
2. Sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da, je prvi set niti u biti okomit na drugi set niti kada je protetski aortni ventil (10) u produženoj konfiguraciji.
3. Sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time da, prvi set navoja (78) tvori prvi kut s aksijalnim smjerom protetskog aortnog ventila (10), a drugi set navoja (80) tvori drugi kut s aksijalnim smjerom protetskog aortnog zaliska (10), prvi i drugi kut su u osnovi jednaki.
