Claims (20)
- 流入端と、流出端と、前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の2つの円周方向延在列の橋渡しをする複数の軸方向フレーム部材と、を有する環状フレームであって、
前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材それぞれが、前記流入端により近い第1の端部と、前記流出端により近い第2の端部と、を有し、前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、複数の軸方向延在弁尖取付け部材および複数の軸方向支柱を1対1の割合で備え、
前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材の前記第2の端部をリンクする斜め支柱の円周方向延在列が一列のみ存在し、
前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材の第1の端部と前記流入端との間には少なくとも3列の斜め支柱の円周方向延在列が存在する、
環状フレームを備えることを特徴とする心臓弁輪に移植するための人工装置。 - 前記環状フレームに前記弁尖取付け部材のところで固定される複数の交連を有する、前記環状フレーム内に位置する弁尖構造を更に備え、前記交連が、前記環状フレームの前記流出端に隣接する前記弁尖取付け部材に固定される、請求項1に記載の人工装置。
- 少なくとも3つの斜め支柱が、隣接する軸方向フレーム部材を、前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列それぞれに沿って分離する、請求項1または2に記載の人工装置。
- 正確に6つの斜め支柱が、隣接する弁尖取付け部材を、前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列のそれぞれに沿って分離し、正確に3つの斜め支柱が、隣接する軸方向フレーム部材を、前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列のそれぞれに沿って分離し、したがって各軸方向支柱が、隣接する弁尖取付け部材間の中間点となる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の人工装置。
- 各軸方向フレーム部材が、隣接する斜め支柱が一点に集まることによって画定される位置相互間に延在する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の人工装置。
- 前記環状フレームの内側部分に固定された内側スカート、および前記環状フレームの外側部分に固定された外側スカートを更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の人工装置。
- 前記環状フレームが、斜め支柱の正確に4つの列を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の人工装置。
- 前記弁尖構造が、三尖弁構成で配置された正確に3枚の弁尖を備え、前記環状フレームが、正確に3つの軸方向支柱、および正確に3つの弁尖取付け部材を備え、正確に3つの斜め支柱が、隣接する軸方向フレーム部材を斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列のそれぞれに沿って分離する、請求項2に記載の人工装置。
- 人工心臓弁用の環状フレームであって、
流入端と、流出端と、斜め支柱の少なくとも4つの円周方向延在列と、前記環状フレームの円周の周りに角度を成して隔置された複数の軸方向フレーム部材と、を備え、前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の2つの円周方向延在列の橋渡しをし、前記2つの円周方向延在列がそれぞれ、隣接する軸方向フレーム部材間に少なくとも3つの斜め支柱を備え、
前記軸方向フレーム部材それぞれが、前記流入端により近い第1の端部と、前記流出端により近い第2の端部と、を有し、前記軸方向フレーム部材の前記第2の端部をリンクする斜め支柱の円周方向延在列が一列のみ存在し、
前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材の第1の端部と前記流入端との間には少なくとも3列の斜め支柱の円周方向延在列が存在することを特徴とする環状フレーム。 - 前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列がそれぞれ、隣接する軸方向フレーム部材間に正確に3つの斜め支柱を備える、請求項9に記載の環状フレーム。
- 前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、複数の軸方向延在弁尖取付け部材を備え、前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列がそれぞれ、隣接する弁尖取付け部材間に正確に6つの斜め支柱を備える、請求項10に記載の環状フレーム。
- 前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、複数の軸方向延在弁尖取付け部材を備え、前記流出端に最も近い斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列がそれぞれ、隣接する軸方向フレーム部材間に4つの斜め支柱を備え、隣接する弁尖取付け部材間に8つの斜め支柱を備える、請求項9に記載の環状フレーム。
- 前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、複数の弁尖取付け部材および複数の軸方向支柱を1対1の割合で備える、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の環状フレーム。
- 前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、正確に3つの弁尖取付け部材、および正確に3つの軸方向支柱を備える、請求項13に記載の環状フレーム。
- 前記弁尖取付け部材が、隣接する斜め支柱の上端が一点に集まることによって画定される位置相互間に延在し、軸方向支柱が、隣接する斜め支柱の下端が一点に集まることによって画定される位置相互間に延在する、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の環状フレーム。
- 前記複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、複数の軸方向延在弁尖取付け部材、および複数の軸方向支柱を備え、
斜め支柱の前記2つの円周方向延在列が、第1の列および第2の列を備え、その場合、前記第1の列のほうが前記第2の列よりも前記流出端に近く、
前記弁尖取付け部材が、前記第1の列に沿った隣接する斜め支柱の上端が一点に集まることによって画定される位置から、前記第2の列に沿った隣接する斜め支柱の下端が一点に集まることによって画定される位置まで延在し、

- 流入端と、流出端と、円周方向延在斜め支柱の少なくとも4つの列と、円周方向延在斜め支柱の前記4つの列のうちの2つの列の橋渡しをする正確に6つの軸方向フレーム部材とを有する環状フレームであって、
複数の軸方向フレーム部材が、正確に3つの軸方向延在弁尖取付け部材、および正確に3つの軸方向支柱を備え、
前記軸方向フレーム部材それぞれが、前記流入端により近い第1の端部と、前記流出端により近い第2の端部と、を有し、前記6つの軸方向フレーム部材の前記第2の端部をリンクする円周方向延在斜め支柱の1つ列のみが存在し、前記6つの軸方向フレーム部材の前記第1の端部と前記流入端と間には、円周方向延在斜め支柱の少なくとも3つ列が存在し、
前記6つの軸方向フレーム部材によって橋渡しされた前記2つの列がそれぞれ、弁尖取付け部材および隣接する軸方向支柱の各対間に正確に3つの斜め支柱を備え、隣接する弁尖取付け部材間に正確に6つの斜め支柱を備える、環状フレームと、
前記環状フレームに前記弁尖取付け部材のところで固定される交連を有する、前記環状フレーム内に位置する3葉弁部材であって、前記交連が、前記環状フレームの前記流出端に隣接する前記弁尖取付け部材に固定される、弁尖取付け部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする心臓弁輪に移植するための人工装置。 - 前記少なくとも4つの列が、第1の列および第2の列を備え、その場合、前記第1の列のほうが前記第2の列よりも前記流出端に近く、
