Abstract
Un método para producir compuestos orgánicos fluorados, que comprende la conversión de al menos un compuesto de fórmula (I) (Ver fórmula) a al menos, un compuesto de Fórmula (II) (Ver fórmula) donde cada X, Y y Z es independientemente H, F, Cl, I, o Br, y cada m es independientemente 1, 2 ó 3, y n es 0 ó 1.
Claims (30)
1. Un método para producir compuestos orgánicos
fluorados, que comprende la conversión de al menos un compuesto de
fórmula (I)
(I),C(X)_{m}CCl(Y)_{n}C(X)_{m}
a al menos, un compuesto de Fórmula
(II)
(II)CF_{3}CF=CHZ
donde cada X, Y y Z es
independientemente H, F, Cl, I, o Br, y cada m es independientemente
1, 2 ó 3, y n es 0 ó
1.
2. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (I) comprende un complejo donde n
es 0, cada X es independientemente H o Cl, y Z es H.
3. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (I) comprende un compuesto de
Fórmula (IA):
(IA)C(X)_{2}=CClC(X)_{3}
donde X es como el identificado en
la reivindicación
1.
4. El método de la reivindicación 3 donde Z en
dicho compuesto de Fórmula (II) es H.
5. El método de la reivindicación 3 donde X es
independientemente H o Cl.
6. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (I) comprende al menos un
tetracloropropeno.
7. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
al menos un compuesto de la Fórmula (I) es seleccionado del grupo
que consiste de CH_{2}=CClCCl_{3}, CCl_{2}= CClCH_{2}Cl,
CHCl=CClCCl_{2}H, y combinaciones de estos.
8. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (I) comprende un compuesto de
Fórmula (IAA):
(IAA),C(X)_{2}=CClCF_{3}
donde X es como el identificado en
la reivindicación
1.
9. El método de la reivindicación 8 donde cada X
en dicho compuesto de Fórmula (IAA) es independientemente H o
Cl.
10. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (I) comprende CH_{2}=CClCF_{3}
(HCFC-1223xf).
11. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (I) comprende un compuesto de
fórmula (IB):
(IB)C(X)_{3}CClYC(X)_{3}
donde X e Y son como los
identificados en la reivindicación
1.
12. El método de la reivindicación 11 donde
dicho compuesto de Fórmula (IB) tiene al menos dos halógenos en un
carbono terminal y al menos dos átomos de hidrógeno en el otro
carbono terminal.
13. El método de la reivindicación 12 donde
dicho al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (IB) comprende al menos un
propeno que tiene al menos cuatro sustituyentes halógenos.
14. El método de la reivindicación 12 donde
dicho al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (IB) comprende al menos un
propeno que tiene al menos cinco sustituyentes halógenos.

dicho al menos un compuesto de Fórmula (IB) es seleccionado del

1,1,1,2-tetrafluoro-2-cloropropano,
1-cloro-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropano
(HFC-244fa), CH_{2}ClCHCl
CCl_{3}, CHCl_{2}CCl_{2}CH_{2}Cl, CHCl_{2}CHClCHCl_{2}, y combinaciones de estos.
CCl_{3}, CHCl_{2}CCl_{2}CH_{2}Cl, CHCl_{2}CHClCHCl_{2}, y combinaciones de estos.
17. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
compuesto de Fórmula (I) comprende al menos un compuesto de Fórmula
(IA)
(IA)C(X)_{2}=CClC(X)_{3}
y dicho paso de conversión
comprende convertir dicho compuesto de Fórmula (IA) en un compuesto
de Fórmula
(IAA)
(IAA)C(X)_{2}=CClCF_{3}
y luego convertir dicho compuesto
de Fórmula (IAA) en un compuesto de Fórmula
(IB)
(IB)C(X)_{3}CClYC(X)_{3}
donde X e Y son cada uno como los
identificados en la reivindicación 1, y luego convertir dicho
compuesto de Fórmula (IB) en un compuesto de Fórmula
(II).
18. El método de la reivindicación 17 donde
dicho compuesto de Fórmula (IAA) comprende CF_{3}CCl=CH_{2}
(HFO-1223xf) bajo condiciones efectivas para
producir al menos un monoclorotetrafluoropropano de acuerdo con la
Fórmula (IB).
19. El método de la reivindicación 17 donde
dicho monoclorotetrafluoropropano de acuerdo con la Fórmula (IB)
comprende CF_{3}CFClCH_{3} (HFC-244fa).
20. El método de la reivindicación 19 donde
dicho CF_{3}CFClCH_{3} (HFC-244fa) está expuesto
a condiciones de reacción efectivas para producir al menos un
compuesto de acuerdo con la Fórmula (II) donde Z es H.
21. El método de la reivindicación 20 donde
dicho paso de exposición comprende al menos una reacción catalítica
en fase gaseosa.
22. El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicho
paso de exposición comprende reaccionar dicho al menos un compuesto
de Fórmula (I) en la que n es 0 bajo condiciones efectivas para
producir al menos un clorofluoropropano.
23. El método de la reivindicación 22 donde
dicho al menos un clorofluoropropano es un compuesto de acuerdo con
la Fórmula (IBB):
(IBB)CF_{3}CClFC(X)_{3}
donde cada X es independientemente
F, Cl o
H.
24. El método de la reivindicación 23 donde al
menos uno de dichos X en la Fórmula (IBB) es H.
25. El método de la reivindicación 24 donde las
tres X en la Fórmula (IBB) son H.
26. Un método para producir compuestos orgánicos
fluorados que comprende proporcionar al menos un compuesto de
Fórmula (I)
(I)C(X)_{m}CCl(Y)_{n}C(X)_{m}
y exponer dicho compuesto de
Fórmula (I) a las condiciones de reacción efectivas para convertir
al menos alrededor de 50% de dicho compuesto en un compuesto de
Fórmula
(II)
(II)CF_{3}CF=CHZ
donde cada X, Y y Z es
independientemente H, F, Cl, I o Br, y cada m es independientemente
1, 2 ó 3, y n es 0 ó

27. El método de la reivindicación 26 donde
dicho paso de exposición comprende exponer dicho compuesto de
Fórmula (I) a condiciones de reacción efectivas para convertir al
menos alrededor de 90% de dicho compuesto en un compuesto de Fórmula
(II).
28. El método de la reivindicación 26 donde
dicho paso de exposición comprende exponer dicho compuesto de
Fórmula (I) a condiciones de reacción efectivas para convertir al
menos alrededor de 97% de dicho compuesto en un compuesto de Fórmula
(II).
29. El método de la reivindicación 26 donde
dicho paso de exposición comprende exponer dicho compuesto de
Fórmula (I) a condiciones de reacción efectivas para producir un
rendimiento del compuesto de Fórmula (II) de al menos alrededor de
75%.
30. El método de la reivindicación 26 donde
dicho paso de exposición comprende exponer dicho compuesto de
Fórmula (I) a condiciones de reacción efectivas para producir un
rendimiento del compuesto de Fórmula (II) de al menos alrededor de
90%.
