背景技术
对于别墅类电梯,属于私人电梯,是别墅里面提供给个人住户使用的,这类电梯需要设计成通透的结构,但目前这类电梯的配重裸露在外,为了保证电梯的视觉一致性,则无法将井道制作成四面通透的全景。例如现有的景观电梯,通常采用半包围结构,或者三面包围的结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要是针对上述问题,提供一种能够有效地隐藏电梯内部构件、使别墅电梯能够制作成四面通透的全景结构、保证电梯视觉一致性的电梯对置曳引装置。
本实用新型的目的主要是通过下述方案得以实现的:一种电梯对置曳引装置,包括由井道立柱搭建而成的井道,设置于井道内的轿厢,固定于井道顶部的平台,安装在平台上的曳引装置,通过绕在曳引装置上的曳引绳与轿厢顶部相连的轿厢对重,井道立柱的位置与轿厢的立柱位置相对应,井道立柱具有空腔,轿厢对重位于空腔内。井道采用井道立柱拼接搭建而成,井道立柱的位置与轿厢的立柱位置相对应,利用井道立柱对轿厢的升降导向和限位,将井道立柱内部为空腔结构,轿厢对重设置在井道立柱内部的空腔中,当曳引装置带动曳引绳升降时,轿厢上升则轿厢对重在空腔内沿着空腔下降;轿厢下降则轿厢对重在空腔内沿着空腔上升。利用井道立柱来隐藏轿厢对重,防止轿厢对重升降时过于突兀,保证电梯的整体视觉一致性,电梯利用井道立柱设置成四面通透结构时,也能够很好的隐藏轿厢对重。
作为优选,轿厢对重包括对重主体,固定于对重主体两侧的对重侧块,对重主体的背部固定有对重后块,轿厢对重的截面形状与井道立柱的空腔的截面形状相吻合。轿厢对重的截面形状与井道立柱的空腔的截面形状相吻合,保证轿厢对重能够在井道立柱的空腔内滑动,而且空腔能够对轿厢对重限位,避免轿厢对重升降时与井道内壁发生剧烈撞击,保证轿厢对重能够平稳升降。
作为优选,对重主体对应对重侧块的上下端部的位置固定有对重导向模块,对重导向模块包括导向模块基体,导向模块基体具有一个安装平面,安装平面与对重主体相贴合,导向模块上还设置有转动槽,转动槽铰接有导向轮支架,导向轮支架的端部设置有导向轮,导向轮支架可在转动槽内绕铰接部位转动,导向轮支架的铰接部位设置有复位弹簧,转动槽与安装平面呈45°倾斜。导向模块与对重主体固定后,导向轮处于同一平面,该平面正好处于轿厢对重截面最大宽度的位置,导向轮轮面的两侧为相互垂直的斜面,导向轮的位置正好与井道立柱空腔的转角处。
作为优选,对重主体的上端设置有槽孔,绳头组件的绳头螺杆从对重主体的上端沿对重主体长度方向穿入到槽孔内,对重主体的下端连接有碰触杆。

实施例1:如图1所示,一种电梯对置曳引装置,包括:井道400,设置于井道内的轿厢,固定于井道顶部的平台,安装在平台上的曳引装置,通过绕在曳引装置上的曳引绳与轿厢顶部相连的轿厢对重。井道由四根井道立柱404搭建而成并呈四面通透结构,井道立柱之间通过横梁连接,井道呈四方体状,井道立柱处于井道四方体四个棱的位置,横梁处于层间的位置。井道立柱内部具有一个空腔,井道立柱404为分段连接结构,每一段均是冲压而成多边形截面结构,多边形分别由第一边、第二边、第三边、第四边、第五边、第六边和第七边依次围成,第一边和第七边垂直相连,第二边与第一边垂直相连,第一边与第七边处于第一边的同一侧,第六边与第七边相垂直,第六边与第一边处于第七边的同一侧,第三边平行第一边,第五边平行第七边,第四边相对第一边和第七边呈45°倾斜,第一边对应井道的一侧,第七边对应井道的另一侧。轿厢处于井道内,轿厢的立柱位置对应井道立柱,轿厢的侧壁与井道的侧壁相对应。井道立柱分段连接的时候,通过连接件相连接,连接件分为边连接块401和角连接块403,边连接块有两块,角连接块只有一块,角连接块呈角形固定于井道立柱第一边和第七边相交的部位,边连接块分别固定于井道立柱第二边和第六边上,边连接块的上端面设置有凸起的定位顶块402。如图2、3、4、5所示,轿厢对重300为长条状,长条状的轿厢对重正好处于井道立柱的空腔内。轿厢对重包括对重主体301,固定于对重主体两侧的对重侧块303,对重主体的背部固定有对重后块306,轿厢对重的截面形状与井道立柱的空腔的截面形状相吻合。对重主体对应对重侧块的上下端部的位置固定有对重导向模块302,对重导向模块包括导向模块基体307,导向模块基体具有一个安装平面,安装平面与对重主体相贴合,导向模块上还设置有转动槽308,转动槽铰接有导向轮支架309,导向轮支架的端部设置有导向轮310,导向轮支架可在转动槽内绕铰接部位转动,导向轮支架的铰接部位设置有复位弹簧,转动槽与安装平面呈45°倾斜。导向模块与对重主体固定后,导向轮处于同一平面,该平面正好处于轿厢对重截面最大宽度的位置,导向轮轮面的两侧为相互垂直的斜面,导向轮的位置正好与井道立柱空腔的转角处。对重主体的上端设置有槽孔305,绳头组件230的绳头螺杆233从对重主体的上端沿对重主体长度方向穿入到槽孔内。对重主体的下端连接有碰触杆304。
井道采用井道立柱拼接搭建而成,井道立柱的位置与轿厢的立柱位置相对应,利用井道立柱对轿厢的升降导向和限位,将井道立柱内部为空腔结构,轿厢对重设置在井道立柱内部的空腔中,当曳引装置带动曳引绳升降时,轿厢上升则轿厢对重在空腔内沿着空腔下降;轿厢下降则轿厢对重在空腔内沿着空腔上升。利用井道立柱来隐藏轿厢对重,防止轿厢对重升降时过于突兀,保证电梯的整体视觉一致性,电梯利用井道立柱设置成四面通透结构时,也能够很好的隐藏轿厢对重。轿厢对重的截面形状与井道立柱的空腔的截面形状相吻合,保证轿厢对重能够在井道立柱的空腔内滑动,而且空腔能够对轿厢对重限位,避免轿厢对重升降时与井道内壁发生剧烈撞击,保证轿厢对重能够平稳升降。导向模块与对重主体固定后,导向轮处于同一平面,该平面正好处于轿厢对重截面最大宽度的位置,导向轮轮面的两侧为相互垂直的斜面,导向轮的位置正好与井道立柱空腔的转角处。

Claims (8)
1.一种电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,包括由井道立柱搭建而成的井道,设置于井道内的轿厢,固定于井道顶部的平台,安装在平台上的曳引装置,通过绕在曳引装置上的曳引绳与轿厢顶部相连的轿厢对重,井道立柱的位置与轿厢的立柱位置相对应,井道立柱具有空腔,轿厢对重位于空腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,轿厢对重包括对重主体,固定于对重主体两侧的对重侧块,对重主体的背部固定有对重后块,轿厢对重的截面形状与井道立柱的空腔的截面形状相吻合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,对重主体对应对重侧块的上下端部的位置固定有对重导向模块,对重导向模块包括导向模块基体,导向模块基体具有一个安装平面,安装平面与对重主体相贴合,导向模块上还设置有转动槽,转动槽铰接有导向轮支架,导向轮支架的端部设置有导向轮,导向轮支架可在转动槽内绕铰接部位转动,导向轮支架的铰接部位设置有复位弹簧,转动槽与安装平面呈45°倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,对重主体的上端设置有槽孔,绳头组件的绳头螺杆从对重主体的上端沿对重主体长度方向穿入到槽孔内,对重主体的下端连接有碰触杆。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,轿厢对重为长条状,长条状的轿厢对重正好处于井道立柱的空腔内。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,井道由四根井道立柱搭建而成并呈四面通透结构,井道立柱之间通过横梁连接,井道呈四方体状,井道立柱处于井道四方体四个棱的位置,横梁处于层间的位置。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,井道立柱为分段连接结构,每一段均是冲压而成多边形截面结构,多边形分别由第一边、第二边、第三边、第四边、第五边、第六边和第七边依次围成,第一边和第七边垂直相连,第二边与第一边垂直相连,第一边与第七边处于第一边的同一侧,第六边与第七边相垂直,第六边与第一边处于第七边的同一侧,第三边平行第一边,第五边平行第七边,第四边相对第一边和第七边呈45°倾斜,第一边对应井道的一侧,第七边对应井道的另一侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电梯对置曳引装置,其特征在于,连接件分为边连接块和角连接块,边连接块有两块,角连接块只有一块,角连接块呈角形固定于井道立柱第一边和第七边相交的部位,边连接块分别固定于井道立柱第二边和第六边上,边连接块的上端面设置有凸起的定位顶块。
