Abstract

 リグニンを主要成分とする有機物原料から炭素微粒子を製造する方法及びこれにより得られる炭素微粒子を提供する。  リグニン及び水酸化ナトリウム(質量割合が1:0.5)の全濃度が5%の水溶液をスプレードライして、複合微粒子を調製した。これを窒素雰囲気下、600°Cで1時間熱処理して放冷した。その後、これを水洗し、さらに乾燥することによって、図2(b)に示すような中空炭素微粒子を製造した。製造された炭素微粒子は軽量であり、市販の活性炭の比表面積と同等であった。
