Abstract
Konstruerte stammer av den oljeholdige gjæren Yarrowia lipolytica er i stand til å produsere mer enn 25% eicosaspentaensyre (EPA), en (?-3 polyumettet fettsyre) i den totale oljefraksjonen som er beskrevet.
