Abstract

본 발명은 알칸을 포함하는 탄화수소 생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물 및 이를 이용한 알칸을 포함하는 탄화수소의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 알칸을 포함하는 탄화수소 생산에 적합하도록 개량된 미생물에 fatty acyl-acp를 free fatty acid로 전환시키는 효소를 코딩하는 유전자, free fatty acid를 fatty acyl-CoA로 전환시키는 효소를 코딩하는 유전자, fatty acyl-CoA를 fatty aldehyde로 전환시키는 효소를 코딩하는 유전자 및 fatty aldehyde를 alkane으로 전환시키는 효소를 코딩하는 유전자가 도입된 변이 미생물 및 이를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칸을 포함하는 탄화수소의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 변이 미생물은 추가적인 대사흐름 조작으로 인한 균주개량에 활용될 가능성이 크므로 알칸을 포함하는 탄화수소의 산업적 생산에 유용하다.
