- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.トリグリセリド含有量が90%よりも多い多不飽和脂肪酸(PUFA)を少 なくとも1種含有する微生物油。 2.80℃におけるランシマート誘導時間が5時間以上である請求項1記載の 油。 3.多不飽和脂肪酸がC18、C20もしくはC22ω−3またはC18、C 20もしくはC22ω−6多不飽和脂肪酸である請求項1または2記載の油。 4.PUFAがC20もしくはC22ω−3またはC20ω−6多不飽和脂肪 酸である請求項1または2記載の油。 5.PUFAがアラキドン酸(ARA)、エイコサペンタエノン酸(EPA)およ び/またはドコサヘキサエノン酸(DHA)である請求項1から4いずれかに記載 の油。 6.PUFAがARAのみである請求項1から5いずれかに記載の油。 7.PUFAが真菌によって生産される請求項1から6いずれかに記載の油。 8.真菌がモルティエレラ属の真菌である請求項1から7いずれかに記載の油 。 9.PUFAが藻類によって生産される請求項1から5いずれかに記載の油。 10.藻類がクリプテコジニウム属の藻類である請求項8記載の油。 11.下記の工程a)〜d)を含む、少なくとも1種の多不飽和脂肪酸(PUFA) を含有する油を微生物バイオマスから入手する方法: a)乾燥分が25〜80%のバイオマスを供給し、 b)該バイオマスを顆粒に造粒し、 c)該顆粒を乾燥して乾燥顆粒とし、次いで d)該乾燥顆粒から該油を抽出もしくは分離する。 12.顆粒中の乾燥分の平均含有量が30〜70%である請求項11記載の方 法。 13.乾燥顆粒中の乾燥分の平均含有量が少なくとも80%である請求項12 または13記載の方法。 14.油を適当な溶剤を用いて抽出する請求項11から13いずれかに記載の 方法。 15.抽出油の精製工程をさらに含む請求項11から14いずれかに記載の方 法。 16.工程b)において造粒化をバイオマスの抽出によっておこなう請求項1 1から15いずれかに記載の方法。 17.バイオマスを造粒化前に粉々にするか、または練り合わせる請求項16 記載の方法。 18.工程a)のバイオマスを発酵ブロスの固体/液体分離によって得る請求 項11から17いずれかに記載の方法。 19.固体/液体分離を機械的脱水処理と併用する請求項18記載の方法。 20.工程a)において乾燥分の含有量が25〜80%のバイオマスを、バイ オマスへの固体状成分の添加によって得る請求項11から19いずれかに記載の 方法。 21.工程c)において造粒バイオマスの乾燥によってその乾燥分含有量を少 なくとも80%にする処理を流動床乾燥または半流動床乾燥によっておこなう請 求項11から20いずれかに記載の方法。 22.バイオマスが真菌を含有するか、または真菌を起源とする請求項11か ら21いずれかに記載の方法。 23.真菌がムコラレス目に属する請求項22記載の方法。 24.真菌がモルティエレラ属に属する請求項22または23記載の方法。 25.真菌がモルティエレラ・アルピナである請求項22から24いずれかに 記載の方法。 26.バイオマスが藻類を含有するか、または藻類を起源とする請求項11か ら21いずれかに記載の方法。 27.藻類が焔色植物であるか、および/またはクリプテコジニウム属に属す る請求項26記載の方法。 28.藻類がクリプテコジニウム・コーニイである請求項26または27記載 の方法。 29.化合物が所望により脂質中に含まれる多不飽和脂肪酸(PUFA)である 請求項11から28いずれかに記載の方法。 30.多不飽和脂肪酸がC18、C20もしくはC22ω−3またはC18、 C20もしくはC22ω−6多不飽和脂肪酸である請求項29記載の方法。 31.PUFA化合物がC20もしくはC22ω−3またはC20ω−6多不 飽和脂肪酸である請求項30記載の方法。 32.PUFAがアラキドン酸(ARA)、エイコサペンタエノン酸(EPA)お よび/またはドコサヘキサエノン酸(DHA)である請求項11から31いずれか に記載の方法。 33.食用組成物もしくは化粧用組成物または栄養補給剤の調製のための請求 項1から10いずれかに記載の微生物油の使用。 34.使用組成物が幼児用フォーミュラを含有する請求項33記載の使用。 35.請求項1から10いずれかの油を含有するヒト用もしくは動物用の食用 組成物もしくは化粧用組成物または栄養補給剤。 36.幼児用フォーミュラである請求項35記載の食用組成物。 37.下記の工程a)〜c)を含む、微生物バイオマスからの1種もしくは複数 種の化合物の分離法: a)微生物が該化合物を生産する条件下で該微生物を発酵ブロス中で培養させ、 b)該発酵ブロスまたは該発酵ブロスから誘導される微生物バイオマスを低温殺 菌処理に付し、次いで c)該微生物バイオマスから該化合物を抽出、分離もしくは回収する。 38.低温殺菌によって、バイオマス中もしくはブロス中に存在する物質を分 解する1種もしくは複数種の化合物を少なくとも部分的に不活性化させる請求項 37記載の方法。 39.物質がプロテアーゼまたはトリグリセリド分解酵素である請求項38記 載の方法。 40.酵素がリパーゼ、ホスホリパーゼまたはリポキシゲナーゼである請求項 39記載の方法。 41.低温殺菌処理が50〜100℃での加熱を含む請求項37から40いず れかに記載の方法。 42.加熱が65〜95℃での加熱である請求項41記載の方法。 43.加熱を30〜90分間おこなう請求項41または42記載の方法。 44.発酵ブロスを発酵容器内で低温殺菌する請求項37から43いずれかに 記載の方法。 45.低温殺菌を発酵終了後におこなう請求項37から44いずれかに記載の 方法。 46.化合物にトリグリセリドが含まれる請求項37から45いずれかに記載 の方法。 47.化合物に少なくとも1種の多不飽和脂肪酸(PUFA)が含まれる請求項 37から46いずれかに記載の方法。 48.低温殺菌後に発酵ブロスを脱水処理および/または濾過処理に付して微 生物バイオマスを製造する請求項37から47いずれかに記載の方法。 49.所望により、バイオマスをその乾燥分含有量が25〜80%になるよう に処理する請求項48記載の方法。 50.得られたバイオマスを顆粒に造粒化し、該顆粒を次いで乾燥処理に付す 請求項49記載の方法。
