Abstract

Un proceso para producir una placa negativa para baterías de almacenamiento de plomo que se previene de sufrir separación interfacial entre una placa rellenada con un material activo negativo y una capa de recubrimiento de mezcla de carbono formada sobre la superficie de la placa, la separación interfacial que es un problema de las placas negativas que tienen una configuración que comprende la placa rellenada con un material activo negativo y la capa de recubrimiento de mezcla de carbono, y que tiene características de descarga rápida de baja temperatura mejoradas. El proceso comprende: formar una capa de recubrimiento de una mezcla de carbono sobre por lo menos alguna de las superficies de una placa rellenada con un material activo negativo, la mezcla de carbono que se obtiene al mezclar dos materiales de carbono que consisten de un primer material de carbono que tiene conductividad y un segundo material de carbono que tiene una capacitancia y/o una seudocapacitancia con por lo menos un aglutinante; subsecuentemente someter la placa recubierta a una etapa en la cual se generan iones de plomo en una cantidad suficiente para dejar que los iones de plomo se muevan desde la placa rellenada con un material activo negativo al interior de la capa de recubrimiento de mezcla de carbono; y luego conducir la conversión química o primera carga para conectar y unir por lo menos algo de la interfase entre la capa de recubrimiento de mezcla de carbono y la placa negativa por medio del plomo precipitado.
