Abstract
본 발명은 소정의 변속패턴에 근거하여 변속지시신호를 출력하는 변속제어기능과, 차량의 주행예정경로의 도로정보를 검출하는 도로정보 검출기능을 구비한 변속기의 제어장치이다. 이 제어장치는, 차량의 발진을 검출하는 발진검출기능과, 이 발진검출기능에 의해서 차량의 발진이 검출되고, 또한 상기 도로정보 검출기능에 의해 주행예정경로 중에 커브길이 검출된 경우에, 상기 변속패턴으로서 큰 변속비가 설정되기 쉬운 제어내용을 구비한 커브용 변속패턴을 설정한다.

- 소정의 변속패턴에 근거하여 변속지시신호를 출력하는 변속제어수단과, 차량의 주행예정경로의 도로정보를 검출하는 도로정보 검출수단을 구비한 변속기의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 차량의 발진을 검출하는 발진검출수단과, 이 발진검출수단에 의해서 차량의 발진이 검출되고, 또한 상기 도로정보 검출수단에 의해 주행예정경로 중에 커브길이 검출된 경우에, 상기 변속패턴으로서, 큰 변속비가 설정되기 쉬운 제어내용을 구비한 커브용 변속패턴을 설정하는 변속패턴 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량 운전자의 운전지향을 판단하는 운전지향 판단 수단과, 이 운전지향 판단수단으로 판단된 운전지향에 근거하여 상기 변속비의 제어내용을 보정하는 변속보정 제어수단을 부가로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.

- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 차량 운전자의 운전지향을 판단하는 운전지향 판단 수단과, 이 운전지향 판단수단으로 판단된 운전지향에 근거하여 상기 변속비의 제어내용을 보정하는 변속보정 제어수단을 부가로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 소정의 변속패턴에 근거하여 연속지시신호를 출력하는 변속제어수단과, 차량의 주행예정경로의 도로정보를 검출하는 도로정보 검출수단을 구비한 변속기의 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 차량에 있어서의 제동조작의 실행을 검출하는 제동검출수단과, 상기 차량의 주행로가 커브길인 것이 상기 도로정보 검출수단에 검출되고 또한 상기제동검출수단에 의해 제동조작이 검출된 경우에, 상기 변속기에서의 변속을 금지하는 변속금지수단과, 상기 도로정보 검출수단이 커브길의 종료를 검출한 경우에 상기 변속기에서의 변속을 허가하는 변속금지 해제수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 차량 운전자의 운전지향을 판단하는 운전지향 판단 수단과, 이 운전지향 판단단으로 판단된 운전지향에 근거하여 상기 변속비의 제어내용을 보정하는 변속보정 제어수단을 부가로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 소정의 변속패턴에 근거하여 변속지시신호를 출력하는 변속제어수단과, 차량의 주행예정경로의 도로정보를 검출하는 도로정보 검출수단과, 주행예정경로가 커브길인 것이 상기 도로정보 검출수단에 의해서 검출된 경우에 상기 변속패턴으로서 큰 변속비가 설정되기 쉬운 제어내용을 구비한 변속패턴을 설정하는 변속패턴 제어수단을 구비한 변속기의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 주행예정경로에 있어서의 커브부분끼리의 사이의 직선로의 거리 또는 그 직선로의 통과소요시간의 적어도 어느 것인가 한쪽을 검출하는 직선로 주파검출 수단을 구비하고, 이 직선로 주파검출수단에 의해서 검출된 상기 거리 또는 통과소요시간이 미리 정한 기준치 이하인 경우에상기 직선로의 주행시의 상기 변속패턴으로서, 큰 변속비가 설정되기 쉬운 제어내용을 구비한 중간직선로용 변속패턴을 설정하는 수단을 상기 변속패턴 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 차량 운전자의 운전지향을 판단하는 운전지향 판단 수단과, 이 운전지향 판단수단으로 판단된 운전지향에 근거하여 상기 변속비의 제어내용을 보정하는 변속보정 제어수단을 부가로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 소정의 변속패턴에 근거하여 변속지시신호를 출력하는 변속제어수단과, 차량의 주행예정경로의 도로정보를 검출하는 도로정보 검출수단과, 주행예정경로에 오르내리막 언덕길이 검출된 경우에 상기 변속패턴으로서 큰 변속비가 설정되기 쉬운 제어내용을 구비한 오르내리막 언덕길용 변속패턴을 설정하는 변속패턴 제어수단을 구비한 변속기의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 주행예정경로 중의 오르내리막 언덕길까지의 사이의 평탄로의 거리와 그 평탄로의 통과소요시간과 평탄로끼리의 사이의 오르내리막 언덕길의 거리가 그 오르내리막 언덕길의 통과소요시간의 어느 것인가 하나를 상기 도로정보 검출수단으로 얻어진 도로정보 또는 주행상태에 근거하여 검출하는 오르내리막 주파검출수단과, 이 오른내리막 주파검출수단으로 검출된 상기 어느 한 항에 거리 또는 통과소요시간에 따라서 상기 오르내리막 언덕길용 변속패턴에 근거하는 변속지시제어의 개시 혹은 종료를 판단하는 오르내리막 제어판단수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 차량 운전자의 운전지향을 판단하는 운전지향 판단 수단과, 이 운전지향 판단수단으로 판단된 운전지향에 근거하여 상기 변속비의 제어내용을 보정하는 변속보정 제어수단을 부가로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 차량의 주행예정경로의 도로정보를 검출하는 도로정보 검출수단을 구비한 변속기의 제어장치에 있어서,상기도로정부 검출수단으로 얻어진 도로정보에 근거하는 변속제어로 결정된 제1변속비와 실제의 주행상태 또는 도로상황에 근거하는 변속제어로 결정된 제2변속비를 비교하는 비교수단과, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 상기 어느 하나에 변속제어를 선택하여, 그 선택된 변속제어에 의한 변속출력을 행하는 변속지시수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 차량 운전자의 운전지향을 판단하는 운전지향 판단 수단과, 이 운전지향 판단수단으로 판단된 운전지향에 근거하여 상기 변속비의 제어내용을 보정하는 변속보정 제어수단을 부가로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
