제3도는 제2도에 나타내는 전자 제어장치(ECU)가 실행하는 퍼지 변속 제어의 순서를 나타내는 메인 루틴의 플로우 챠트.
Claims (14)
- 차량에 갖추어지고, 복수의 변속단을 가지는 자동변속기의 시프트 위치를 미리 설정되어 있는 제1제어 모드에 따른 시프트 패턴에 의하고 차속과 엔진 부하에 따른 변속단으로 설정하는 변속 제어 방법에 있어서, 차량의 작동 상태를 나타내는 파라메터값, 운전자의 운전 의도를 나타내는 파라메터값, 도로 상태를 나타내는 파라메터값의 적어도 1개를 검출하는 단계와, 검출한 파라메터값에 의하여 퍼지 추론에 의해 상기 복수의 변속단의 1개를 선택된 단계와, 퍼지 추론에서 선택된 변속단과 상기 제1의 제어 모드에 따른 시프트 패턴에 의하여 선택된 변속단을 비교하는 단계와, 퍼지 추론에서 선택된 변속단과 상기 제1의 제어 모드에 따른 시프트 패턴에 의하여 선택된 변속단을 비교하는 단계와 퍼지 추론에서 선택된 변속단이 상기 제1의 제어 모드에 따른 시프트 패턴에 의하여 선택된 변속단보다 저속측의 변속단일 때에만 자동 변속기의 시프트 위치를 퍼지 추론에 의하여 선택된 변속단에 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 제어 모드를 포함하는 복수의 제어 모드를 미리 설정하고 적어도 도로의 굴곡도 및 구배에 따라 퍼지 추론에 의하여 상기 복수의 제어 모드의 1개를 선택하고 선택한 제어 모드에 의하여 설정한 변속단을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선택되는 복수의 제어 모드의 1개는 차량이 등판 굴곡로를 주행할 때에 적용되는 제어 모드인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 차량에 갖추어지고 복수의 변속단을 가지는 자동변속기의 시프트 위치를 미리 설정된 제어 모드에 따라 선택한 변소간에 설정하는 변속 제어 방법에 있어서, 복수의 제어 모드를 미리 설정하는 단계와, 적어도 도로의 굴곡도 및 구배를 검출하는 단계와, 검출한 도로의 굴곡도 및 구배에 따라 상기 복수의 제어 모드의 1개를 선택하는 단계와, 선택한 제어 모드에 의하여 설정할 변속단을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제어 모드에는, 평탄로 주행시에 적용되는 시프트 패턴에 의하여 차속과 엔진부하에 따른 변속단을 선택하는 제어 모드가 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 선택되는 복수의 제어 모드의 1개는 차량이 등판 굴곡로를 주행할 때에 적용되는 제어 모드인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 핸들각 및 차량에 작용하는 횡가속도의 적어도 어느 것인가 한쪽에 의하여 도로의 굴곡도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 핸들각 및 차량에 작용하는 횡가속도를 검찰하고, 이들의 각 검출치의 합의 실효치를 구하고, 구한 실효치에 의하여 도로의 굴곡도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 엔진 구동력 및 차량의 구름 저항을 검출하고 검출한 엔진 구동력에서 구름 저항을 차인하여 차량의 중량, 구배 저항을 구하고 구한 중량, 구배 저항에 의하여 도로의 구배를 검출하고 상기 검출하는 구름 저항은 자유 전동에 의한 구름 저항 및 코너링 저항에서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 선택되는 복수의 제어 모드의 1개는 차량이 등판을 굴곡로를 주행할 때에 적용되는 제어 모드이고 검출한 도로의 구배가 차량의 중량, 구배 저항이 대상태를 나타내는 소정치보다 큰 상태가 제1소정 기간내에 제1소정 기간 보다 짧은 제2소정 기간에 걸쳐 연속했을 때 상기 복수의 제어 모드의 1개를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 노면의 마찰 저항 관련하는 파라메터값을 검출하고 검출한 마찰 저항에 관련하는 파라메터값에 의하여 노면의 마찰 저항이 작다고 판정되었을 때 차량이 코너링 중인지 아닌지를 판별하고 코너링중인 것이 검출되었을 때 시프트 조작을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 차량의 주행시에 검출되는 마찰 저항에 관련하는 파라메터값을 기억하고 제1의 소정치 이하의 파라메터값이 검출된 빈도의 조화가 제2소정치 이상일 때 노면의 마찰 저항이 작다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 빈도의 조화가 상기 제2의 소정치 이하의 값으로 저하했을 때 빈도의 조화가 상기 제2의 소정치를 횡절하여 저하한 시점에서 제1소정 시간이 경과하기까지 노면의 마찰 저항이 작다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 차량은 핸들 조작시에 상기 차량에 작용하는 코너링 힘에 비례하는 유압을 발생시키고 그 유압에 의하여 조타력을 보조하는 조타 장치를 갖추고 조타 장치의 유압, 핸들각 및 차속에서 상기 노면의 마찰 저항을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 제어 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
