Claims (8)
- 벽부를 사이에 두고 다수의 관통공이 길이방향으로 나란히 형성되고, 이들 관통공의 어느 일방의 단부가 밀봉되어 이루어지는, 기둥 형상의 다공질 세라믹 부재의 한개 또는 복수개의 조합으로 이루어지는 세라믹 하니컴 구조체로서,상기 격벽은, JIS B 0601-2001 에 규정된 최대높이거칠기 Rz 로 10 ㎛ 이상의 표면거칠기를 갖고, 또한 수은압입법에 의해 측정된 평균세공경 (average pore size) 의 크기가 5 ∼ 100 ㎛ 이며, 그 평균세공경의 0.9 ∼ 1.1 배의 세공경을 갖는 세공의 전 세공용적에 대한 비율을 A (%) 로 하고, 상기 격벽의 두께를 B (㎛) 로 했을 때, 이들이 다음 식의 관계 ;A ≥ 90 - B/20을 만족시키는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 하니컴 구조체.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면거칠기를 나타내는 최대높이거칠기 Rz 가 100 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 하니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관통공을 가로막는 상기 격벽 표면에 촉매의 코팅층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 하니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공질 세라믹 부재의 복수개를 조합할 때, 이 부재끼리의 사이에 시일재층을 개재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 하니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재가 탄화규소질 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 하니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차량의 배기가스 정화장치용 필터로서 사용되는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 하니컴 구조체.
