Claims (25)
- 휘어짐을 갖는 기둥 형상의 다공질 세라믹 부재가 접착재층을 거쳐서 복수개 결속되어 이루어지고, 그 단부에는 접착재층 비형성부가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재는 길이 방향에 대해 수직 방향으로 휘어져 있는 세라믹 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재는 다수의 관통 구멍이 격벽을 두고 길이 방향으로 병설된 허니콤 형상을 갖는 세라믹 구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 관통 구멍의 단부는 교대로 밀봉되어 이루어지는 세라믹 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재는 세라믹 폼인 세라믹 구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재는 0.02 내지 2.0 ㎜의 휘어짐을 갖고 이루어지는 세라믹 구조체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재의 휘어짐은 0.1 내지 0.8 ㎜인 세라믹 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재는 길이 방향에 대해 수직 방향으로 0.006 내지 1.0 %의 휘어짐을 갖고 이루어지는 세라믹 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착재층 비형성부의 길이는 세라믹 구조체의 길이 방향의 길이에 대해 1 내지 10 %인 세라믹 구조체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접착재층 비형성부의 길이는 세라믹 구조체의 길이 방향의 길이에 대해 2 내지 5 %인 세라믹 구조체.
