Claims (11)
- 다수의 셀이 셀벽을 사이에 두고 병설되어 이루어지는 기둥형 허니컴 구조의 다공질 세라믹 부재와, 이들의 세라믹 부재 상호 간에 개재시키는 시일재층을 구비하고, 그 시일재층 개재 하에서 상기 다공질 세라믹 부재의 복수개를 접합한 것으로 이루어지는 허니컴 구조체로서,상기 시일재층은 그 비표면적이 10∼100㎡/g 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수개의 상기 세라믹 부재를 접합한 것으로 이루어지는 허니컴 블록의 최외주부에는 이것을 포위하는 시일재층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,시일재층과 접하는 상기 세라믹 부재의 표면은 표면 조도 Ra 가 1.0∼30μm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시일재층은 접착 작용을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 시일재층은 무기 바인더와, 무기 입자, 무기 섬유, 또는 무기 입자 및 무기 섬유를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 부재는 주성분이 알루미나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,차량의 배기 가스 정화 장치로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 비표면적이 10∼100㎡/g 을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체용 시일재층.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,다수의 배기 가스 유로가 되는 셀이 셀벽을 사이에 두고 병설되어 이루어지는 기둥형 허니컴 구조의 다공질 세라믹 부재끼리의 접합에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체용 시일재층.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,다수의 배기 가스 유로가 되는 셀이, 셀벽을 사이에 두고 병설되어 이루어지는 기둥형 허니컴 구조의 다공질 세라믹 부재의 외주부에 코팅되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체용 시일재층.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,무기 바인더와, 무기 입자, 무기 섬유, 또는 무기 입자 및 무기 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체용 시일재층.
