Claims (8)
- 막두께 5 내지 50 ㎛, 세공률 30 내지 60 %, 투기도 40 내지 300 초/100 cc/20 ㎛, 천공 강도 2.5 N/20 ㎛ 이상, 돌파 온도가 110 ℃ 이상인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가로 방향의 최대 수축 응력이 363 kPa 이하 및(또는) 130 ℃에서의 가로 방향의 수축률이 25 % 이하인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 극한 점도[η]가 3.5 내지 9 dl/g인 폴리올레핀을 포함하고, 버블 포인트(B.P.)가 196 내지 490 kPa, 셧다운 온도가 138 내지 150 ℃인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막두께 5 내지 22 ㎛, 세공률 35 내지 60 %, 투기도 40 내지 260 초/100 cc/20 ㎛, 천공 강도가 2.8 N/20 ㎛ 이상인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막두께 5 내지 20 ㎛, 세공률 40 내지 60 %, 투기도 40 내지 200 초/100 cc/20 ㎛, 천공 강도 3.0 N/20 ㎛ 이상, 돌파 온도가 120 ℃ 이상인 폴리올레핀제 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 폴리올레핀, 유기 액상물 및 실리카를 포함하는 조성물을 사용하여 제조된 폴리올레핀제 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리올레핀제 미다공막을 포함하는 비수성 전해액계 전지용 격리판.
- 침상의 첨단(尖端)을 가지며 첨단과는 반대쪽 단부에서 지지체에 고정된 첨단자에 미다공막편을 씌우고, 이 미다공막을 지지체 상에 적어도 한쪽 방향에서 고정하여 셀을 제조하고,상기 셀을 가열하며,첨단부가 미다공막을 돌파하는 온도를 측정하는 것을 포함하는, 미다공막의 내열 특성을 평가하는 방법.
