前記搬送キャリア(1)は、前記搬送キャリア(1)に第2の磁気移動力が加えられるように前記いくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120、120’、120’’、120’’’)から選択された第2の群の電磁アクチュエータ(120’’)によって生成された第2の磁場と相互作用するように構成される第2の磁気活性素子(3)を備え、
前記搬送キャリア(1)は、案内部(5)を備え、前記案内部(5)は、前記搬送面(110)上での前記搬送キャリア(1)の回転移動中に前記第1の磁気活性素子(2)と前記第2の磁気活性素子(3)との間の距離が可変であるように、前記第1の磁気活性素子(2)を案内するよう構成される、研究室カーゴ配送システム(100)のための搬送キャリア(1)。 - 前記案内部(5)は、直線状案内部(7)を備える、請求項1に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 前記搬送キャリア(1)は基体(9)を備え、前記案内部(5)は前記基体(9)に形成された溝(10)を含み、前記第1の磁気活性素子(2)は前記溝(10)に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 前記搬送キャリア(1)は、前記研究室カーゴ(50)を担持するように構成されるカーゴプラットホーム(13)と、前記研究室カーゴ(50)を前記カーゴプラットホーム(13)に対して固定するように構成されるいくつかの固定要素(14)と、を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 前記搬送キャリア(1)は、滑動面(15)を備え、前記滑動面(15)は、前記搬送キャリア(1)が前記搬送面(110)上に載置されたときに、前記搬送面(110)と接触するように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 前記第2の磁気活性素子(3)は、前記搬送キャリア(1)に固定される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 前記案内部(5)は前記第1の磁気活性素子(2)と前記第2の磁気活性素子(3)との間の最小距離(MiD)を規定する第1の制限ストッパ(16)を有し、また前記案内部(5)は前記第1の磁気活性素子(2)と前記第2の磁気活性素子(3)との間の最大距離(MaD)を規定する第2の制限ストッパ(17)を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 前記いくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120、120’、120’’、120’’’)は、行および列に配置され、前記電磁アクチュエータ(120、120’、120’’、120’’’)は前記行および前記列内で等間隔に隣接距離(AD)だけ離間され、前記最小距離(MiD)は前記隣接距離(AD)またはその倍数に相当し、前記最大距離(MaD)は、前記最小距離(MiD)の√2倍に相当する、請求項7に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 前記搬送キャリア(1)は前記搬送キャリア(1)に第3の磁気移動力が加えられるように前記いくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120、120’、120’’、120’’’)から選択された第3の群の電磁アクチュエータ(120’’’)によって生成された第3の磁場と相互作用するように構成される第3の磁気活性素子(4)を備え、前記案内部(5)は前記搬送面(110)上での前記搬送キャリア(1)の回転移動中に前記第1の磁気活性素子(2)と前記第3の磁気活性素子(4)との間の距離および/または前記第2の磁気活性素子(3)と前記第3の磁気活性素子(4)との間の距離が可変であるように前記第3の磁気活性素子(4)を案内するよう構成される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の搬送キャリア(1)。
- 研究室カーゴ配送システム(100)であって、
請求項1から9の一項に記載のいくつかの搬送キャリア(1)と、
前記搬送キャリア(1)を支持するように構成される搬送面(110)と、
前記搬送面(110)の下側に固定して配置され、前記搬送キャリア(1)を前記搬送面(110)の上で移動させるために磁場を生成するように構成されるいくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120、120’、120’’、120’’’)と、
前記いくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120、120’、120’’、120’’’)から選択された第1の群の電磁アクチュエータ(120’)を駆動することによって、かつ/または前記いくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120、120’、120’’、120’’’)から選択された第2の群の電磁アクチュエータ(120’’)を駆動することによって、前記搬送面(110)の上での前記搬送キャリア(1)の移動を、前記搬送キャリア(1)が対応する搬送経路に沿って移動するように制御するように構成される制御装置(130)と
