Description
Claims (21)
- 高温製品で充填される、予め成形されたプラスチック容器を処理するシステムであって、
前記予め成形されたプラスチック容器の容器本体であって、前記容器本体が該容器本体の内部を囲んでいる表面と、前記容器本体から突出している突起とを有する当該容器本体を、生産ラインにおいて、前記高温製品で充填する高温充填手段と、
前記生産ラインの次の作業において、前記充填容器本体の首部をキャップで蓋締めする蓋締め手段と、
前記容器本体から突出している突起を有する、予め成形されたプラスチック容器を、前記生産ラインを通して運搬する運搬手段と、
前記運搬手段による運搬中に、前記容器本体から突出している突起を有する当該容器本体を支持する支持手段であって、前記プラスチック容器の起立しているリングを支持する当該支持手段と、
前記予め成形されたプラスチック容器の容器本体内の前記高温製品を冷却する冷却手段と、
前記冷却された容器本体から突出している前記突起を、前記容器本体の内部に押し込む押し込み手段と
を含むシステム。 - 前記冷却手段により前記容器本体内の高温製品が冷却されると、該冷却が、前記容器本体内に真空を生じさせ、かつ前記真空のほぼ全てが、前記押し込み手段による押し込みによって吸収される、
請求項1に記載の予め成形されたプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。 - 少なくとも小型真空パネルをさらに含み、前記押し込み手段による、前記突起の押し込みは、冷却の結果として生じる真空の大部分を吸収し、かつ前記小型真空パネルは、残りを吸収する、
請求項2に記載の予め成形されたプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。 - パリソンをブロー成形して、前記表面が、首部、肩領域、起立しているリング、および該容器本体の前記内部を囲んでいる平滑側面を有し、かつ前記突起が、前記高温充填手段による充填が始まる前は、前記容器本体の前記起立しているリングから突出している当該容器本体を、形成するブロー成形手段をさらに含む、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の予め成形されたプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。 - 前記パリソンがブロー成形された後の、前記生産ラインの次の作業において、前記容器本体から突出している前記突起を前記容器本体の内部に反転させる反転手段と、
前記充填手段による充填の前に、前記突起が前記容器本体の外へ移動し、前記容器本体から突出するような力で、前記容器本体の前記突起を再位置決めする再位置決め手段とをさらに含む、
請求項4に記載の予め成形されたプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。 - 前記押し込み手段は、容器保持装置の下側のアクチュエータパネルであって、前記アクチュエータパネルから突出する突起を有する当該アクチュエータパネルを位置決めして、前記アクチュエータパネルの突起を前記容器保持装置のそれぞれの開口部を通して突出している前記容器本体の突起と一致させるように設けられ、
前記アクチュエータパネルの突起が、対応する容器本体の突起を押して、前記容器本体の突起を、それぞれの容器本体内に押し込むように、前記アクチュエータパネルを移動させる移動手段をさらに含む、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の予め成形されたプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。 - 前記容器本体は、把持部分を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の予め成形されたプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- それぞれ、首部と、容器底部に組み込まれる真空パネルを持つ複数のプラスチック容器を処理する方法であって、
前記複数のプラスチック容器の容器本体であって、前記容器底部から突出している突起を有する当該容器本体を、前記容器本体のそれぞれの底部で支持しながら、生産ラインにおいて、高温製品で充填する充填ステップと、
前記容器本体を、当該容器本体のそれぞれの底部で支持しながら、前記生産ラインの次の作業において、前記高温製品で充填された前記容器本体を封止する封止ステップと、
前記容器本体を、当該容器本体のそれぞれの底部で支持しながら、前記高温製品で充填された前記容器本体を冷却することによって前記プラスチック容器内に真空を生じさせる、冷却ステップと、
第1アクチュエータを用いて、前記冷却された容器本体のそれぞれの底部から突出している前記突起を、前記容器本体の内部に押し込んで、前記容器本体の内部に生じる真空と、前記真空によって生じる歪みを低減させる、押し込みステップとを含む複数のプラスチック容器を処理する方法。 - 前記第1アクチュエータは、伸長式ロッドを含み、前記伸長式ロッドを、伸長させて、前記容器底部から突出する前記突起に圧縮力を与えることによって前記突起を、その収縮位置まで移動させて、前記容器の体積を減じて前記容器の前記側壁の前記歪みを最小限に抑える、請求項8に記載の複数のプラスチック容器を処理する方法。
- 複数の容器保持器を供給し、および前記容器保持器が、前記冷却ステップ中は、前記容器本体を保持するように、伸長式ロッドを含む第2アクチュエータを用いて、突出した突起付きの容器を前記容器保持器に挿入する挿入ステップをさらに含む、請求項8又は9に記載の複数のプラスチック容器を処理する方法。
- 組合せステーションで容器と容器保持器とを組み合わせるステップをさらに含み、該組合せステーションは、容器給送アセンブリおよび容器保持器給送アセンブリと共に一方向に回転する容器保持ホイールを含み、前記容器を、前記回転している容器保持ホイールによって保持し、続いて給送された容器保持器に挿入する、請求項10に記載の複数のプラスチック容器を処理する方法。
- 前記冷却された容器本体から突出している前記突起を前記容器本体の内部に押し込む押し込みステップは、グリッパーを位置決めして容器を保持し、続いて伸長式ロッドを持つ前記第1アクチュエータを、前記グリッパーの下向きの力によって中和される上向きの力で、前記容器保持器のそれぞれの開口部を通して突出させ、それによって前記突起を、前記容器内に押し込むことを含む、請求項10に記載の複数のプラスチック容器を処理する方法。
- 前記容器および容器保持器が移動する円形通路をさらに含み、前記第1アクチュエータを、前記組み合わされた容器と容器保持器との前記通路に対応する円形通路を移動するように配置して、前記第1アクチュエータが、圧縮力を与えて、前記突出可能な突起を前記容器内に押しこむ、

をさらに備える、請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の複数のプラスチック容器を処理する方法。 - 処理システムで容器を取り扱う容器取扱システムであって、前記容器は、その底面の真空パネルと、該真空パネルを前記容器底部から突出するように出っ張らせた場合には幾何学的に不安定である構成(configuration:コンフィギュレーション)とを有し、前記容器取扱システムは、
前記容器を、その底面に真空パネル面がある状態で、前記容器処理システムの他のセクション(section)まで、及び、充填セクションから移動させる構成のコンベヤと、
前記処理システムの充填セクションおよび冷却セクションの後で、前記容器が、充填及び冷却後の幾何学的に不安定な構成から、幾何学的に安定な構成に戻されるように、各容器の前記真空パネルを、それぞれの容器内の収縮位置まで移動させる構成の、第1アクチュエータと、
突出可能な突起を有する底部真空パネルを持つ容器を受ける中央開口部、および前記突出可能な突起に対応する孔のある底部を有する容器保持器と、
前記処理システムの前記充填セクションおよび前記冷却セクションの前であって、前記容器が前記容器保持器によって支持されるところで、前記容器の前記真空パネルを突出位置まで移動させて、前記容器底面から突出させることによって、前記容器の体積を増加させる第2アクチュエータとを含む、容器取扱システム。 - 前記第2アクチュエータは、伸長式ロッドを含み、前記伸長式ロッドは、前記容器の前記真空パネルを、前記突出位置まで移動させるために伸長可能である、請求項15に記載の容器取扱システム。
- 容器をさらに含み、前記容器は、その底部側に真空パネルを有し、前記伸長式ロッドは、前記真空パネルを突出位置まで移動させるために前記容器内まで伸長して、前記容器を、前記容器の側壁を著しく歪めることなく、高温充填プロセスで充填し、および後冷却プロセスが施されうるように、前記容器の体積を増加させる、請求項16に記載の容器取扱システム。
- 真空パネルをその底部側に有する容器をさらに含み、前記第1アクチュエータは、伸長式ロッドを含み、前記伸長式ロッドは、伸長されて、前記容器の下部から前記真空パネルに圧縮力をかけて、前記真空パネルを、前記収縮位置まで移動させ、それによって前記容器の体積を減じて、冷却プロセス中結果として生じる、真空による前記容器の前記側壁の前記歪みを最小にする、請求項17に記載の容器取扱システム。

- 前記容器を前記容器保持器から除去するための第3アクチュエータと、
前記容器がさらなる処理のために前記容器保持器から除去された後、前記容器を移動させる第2コンベヤとをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の容器取扱システム。 - 前記冷却セクションは、各容器内に真空を生成し、
