Abstract

Sistema di processo di fabbricazione e contenitore in plastica PET nell'ambito del quale si utilizza un processo monostadio per produrre un contenitore termicamente stabile. Il processo monostadio arresta il raffreddamento della preforma a temperature ancora elevate e fa seguire una fase di equilibratura ad una temperatura di stabilizzazione in una stazione di condizionamento a ritmi di tempo controllati al fine di conseguire una elevata cristallinità nelle pareti laterali del contenitore. Accorgimenti particolari sono implementati al fine di creare un gradiente di temperatura nella zona di transizione adiacente all'imboccatura del contenitore al fìne di ottenere un'alta cristallizzazione in detta zona di transizione in conformità al processo. Il contenitore è opportunamente configurabile in diverse varianti alternative al fine di renderlo particolarmente adatto ad applicazioni di riempimento a caldo. Una di dette varianti prevede l'irrigidimento della parete laterale del corpo del contenitore contro deformazioni radiali e longitudinali provocate da vuoto creantesi all'interno del contenitore, in modo da poter applicare etichette di carta sul contenitore stesso.
