Abstract

본 발명은 1차 블로우 성혐품을 2차 블로우 성형하여 최종용기에 성형하기전에, 1차 블로우 성형품을 가열로내에서 열수축시키는 공정을 갖는 내열성 용기의 성형방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 가열로내에는 1차 블로우 성형품의 종방향에 유속 성분을 갖고, 또 1차 블로우 성형품의 결정화를 촉진시키는 온도의 열풍이 도입되고, 이 열품을 1차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부의 전체둘레 접촉시키면서, 1차 블로우 성형품의 종 방향에 따라 송풍하는 것으로, 1차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부를 그 둘레 방향에 균일하게 가열하여 열수축시키고, 열풍은 1차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부에 대해 종방향으로 속도를 주어 흐르면서 접촉하기 때문에, 열풍온도를 과도하게 높이지 않아도 1차 블로우 성형품의 경막 전열계수가 올라가고, 1차 블로우 성형품의 온도상승이 촉진되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)

1차 블로우성형품을 가열로내에 반입하는공정과, 상기 가열로내에 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 종축방향으로 유속성분을 갖고, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 걸정화가 촉진되는 온도의 열풍을 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부를 전체둘레에 접촉시키면서, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 종방향에 따라서 송풍하고, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품을 열수축 시키는 공정과, 열수축된 상기 1차 블로우 성형품을, 1쌍의 분할형으로 이루어진 2차 블로우형의 캐비티 내에서 2차 블로우 성형하여 내열성 용기를 성형하는 공정을 갖는 것을특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형방법.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 열수축 공정은, 상기 2차 블로우 성형공정이 종료할때마다 상기 가열로내를 간헐적으로 반송하는 복수의 사기 1차 블로우 성형품에 대해서 동시에 열풍에 의한 가열을 실시하고 상기 가열로내의 상기 1차 블로우성형품의 이동경로의 양측에 설치된 제1송풍가이드 부재 내측에서, 열풍 발생원에서의 얼풍을, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 종방향 일단측에서 타단측으로 향하여 송풍하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형방법.
제2항에 있어서, 상기 열수축공정은, 상기 열풍 발생원에서의 열풍을 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 바닥부측에서 종방향으로 송풍하고, 상기 가열로 내에서 정지된 상기 1차 블로우성형품의 상기 바닥부와 대향하는 위치로 설치된, 해당 바닥부를 차폐하는 제2송풍 가이드 부재에 의해 열풍을 상기 바닥부에 직접 접촉하는 것을 방지하면서, 상기 몸통부에 송풍안내하고 상기 몸통부의 접촉한 열풍을 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 외측을 경유시켜 상기 열풍 발생원에 회수하는 것을 특징으로하는 내열성 용기의 성형방법.
제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열수축 공정은, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 쇼울더의 주위에 설치되고, 해당 쇼율더부의 경사에 나란하게 경사진 제3송풍 가이드 부재에 의해, 상기 쇼울더부에 따라서 열풍을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형방법.
제2항에 있어서, 상기 열수축 공정은, 상기 제1송풍 가이드 부재의 외측을 경유시키고, 상기 제1송풍 가이드 부재의 내측의 상기 2차 블로우 성형품의 쇼울더부측으로 이끌고, 상기제1송풍가이드 부재의 내측에서 종 방향으로 흐를때에 상기 쇼율더부 및 몸통부와 접촉한 열풍을 상기 열품 발생원으로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형방법.
제1항에서 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 블로우 성형공정 직전의 상기 열수축 공정에서는, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 서로 대향하는 측벽을 내측에서 압압하고 상기 분할형의 분리면과 평행한 방향의 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 외경 길이를 상기 분할형의 캐비티의 횡폭 길이보다도 작게 하는 길이 교정 공정이 아울러 실시된는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형방법.
1차 블로우 성형품을 가열로내에서 열수축 시킨후에 2차 블로우형 내에서 2차 블로우 성형하는 것을 내열성 용기를 성형하는 성형 장치에 있어서, 상기 가열로는 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 결정화를 촉진시키는 온도의 열풍을, 소정의 유속으로 송풍하는 열풍방생원과, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부의 주위에, 해당 1차 불로우 성형품의 종 방향에 따라서 배치된 제1송풍 가이드 부재와 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 종 방향의 일단측에서, 상기 열풍 발생원서의 상기 열풍을 상기 1송풍 가이드 부재의 내측에 공급하는 급기부를 가지고, 소정의 유속을 갖는 상기 열풍을 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부 전체둘레에 접촉시키면서, 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재에 의해 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 종방향에 따라서 송풍안내하고, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품을 열수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형장치.
제7항에 있어서, 상기 급기부는, 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 내측에서 정립상태로 매달려 지지된 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 바닥부의 아래측에서 상기 송풍가이드 부재의 내측에 상기 열풍을 공급하는 것이고, 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 내측을 상승하여 통과하는 것으로 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부와 접촉한 상기 열풍을, 상기 제1가이드 부재의 타단측에서 상기 제1가이드 부재의 바깥측을 경유시키고, 상기 열풍발생원에 회수하는 배기부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형장치.
제7항에 있어서, 상기 급기부는 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 바깥측을 경우시키고, 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 내측에서 정립상태로 매달려 지지된 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 쇼울더부의 윗쪽에서, 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 내측에 상기 열풍을 공급하는 것이고, 상기 제1송풍가이드 부재의 내측을 하강하여 통과하는 것으로, 상기 1차 블로우 성형품의 상기 쇼율더부 및 상기 몸통부와 접촉한 열풍을 상기 열풍발생원에 회수하는 배기부를 설치 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 용기의 성형장치.
