Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of blowing gas through a gap between a prison and a blowing nozzle, by forming the resin parison in a particular form and contacting thereof with the blow nozzle. CONSTITUTION:An opening of a heated resin parison 4 is attached to the end of a blowing nozzle 3, and the parison is inserted into a mold 1 to perform the blow molding by introducing a fluid through the blowing nozzle into the parison 4. The opening part of the parison 4 is formed to have a diameter D1 larger than the diameter of the neck of a bottle D2, and the boundary between the opening part and the neck part is formed to have a step. A blowing nozzle 3 having a shape to fit closely to the opening part, the neck part and the step of the parison, is attached to the parison, and the blow molding is carried out. pref. a gasket 41 is put on the stepped part of the nozzle 3, and the circumference of the parison is pref. furnished with a collar 42.
