Abstract
PURPOSE:To prepare econimically the captioned vessel excellent in thermal deformation and dimensional stability by amethod wherein a series of processes composed of a primary molding, thermal autonomous shrinkage and a secondary molding are combined and brought into operation. CONSTITUTION:After a bottomed parison 1 of saturated polyeste resin having one open end is preheated at the stretching temperature Ts (about 80-110 deg.C), it is stored in a primary treatment mold heated at the primary heat treatment temperature (stretching temperature - melting temperature), biaxial stretching blow molding is perfomed by a stretching rod in the longitudinal direction and by compressed air in the circumferential one to form a premolded bottle 2. Then, keeping the primary heat treatment, high temperature and compressed air is escaped, the primary treatment mold is opened and the bottle is preshrinked and then, at once the bottle is moved into the secondary treatment mold kept under the primary treatment temperature and blow molded and released from the mold to obtain the bottle product 4.
