Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a molding with a thickness distribution even both internally and externally by stretch/blow molding of a stretchable blow-molding resin and a hard-to-stretch blow-molding resin with a proper temperature of heating after a double-layer bottomed parison is molded by injection.
CONSTITUTION: The stretchable blow-molding resin such as polyethylene terephthalate is injected to mold an inner layer 1 and and then, the hard-to-stretch blow- molding resin such as vinyl chloride resin is injected to mold an outer layer 2. After adjusted to a heat deformation temperature matching stretch/blow molding, the double-layer bottomed parison 3 is transferred into a blow mold to form a double- layer hollow molding 4 through combination of an axial stretching and air blowing. In this case, it is preferable to adjust the temperature to a level optimal to the stretch/blow molding of the stretchable blow-molding resin. The blow molding is done by axially stretching both the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 with a stretching rod. After the molding, both the layers are stretched or expanded evenly with the thickness distribution of the molding 4 uniform both internally and externally.
