Abstract

Buluşlar, polietilen tereftalatın (PET) işlenmesi için bir metot ile ilgili olup, PET hammadde temini (S1), PET ham maddesinin (S4) hedef nem seviyesine kurutulması, PET (S5) 'in plastikleştirilmesi, ve plastikleştirilmiş PET'in (S6) bir kalıba enjekte edilmesini içermektedir. Bu yöntemde, hedef nem seviyesi, plastikleşme (S5) sırasında PET'in hidrolizini üretmek üzere PET'in kontrollü bir iç viskozitesinin düşmesine yol açan 60 ppm ile 250 ppm arasındadır. Buluşun diğer yönlerine göre, bir şişe oluşturmak için bir yöntem ve bu şişede durgun içeceğin paketlenmesi için bir yöntem sağlanmaktadır.
