Claims (3)
- 中空の胴部の上端部にキャップが嵌着可能な口部を備えると共に該胴部の下端部を閉塞する底部の一部に胴部内部に向かって胴部の軸線方向に凹入された凹入部を備えて該凹入部が胴部の軸線方向下方に反転して膨出自在とされる合成樹脂製ボトルの内部に液状内容物が密封されてなる内容物充填ボトルの製造方法において、
ボトル内部に液状内容物を充填する充填工程と、内部に液状内容物が充填されたボトルの前記口部にキャップを嵌着して封止する封止工程と、ボトル内部に液状内容物が封止されて膨出状態の前記凹入部を上方に押圧してボトル内方に反転凹入させる凹入工程とを備え、
前記充填工程は、ボトル内部への流体の加圧導入に伴う流体圧をボトル底部に付与してボトル底部の前記凹入部を下方に反転膨出させる底部膨出工程と、ボトル内部に液状内容物を導入する内容物導入工程とを備えることを特徴とする内容物充填ボトルの製造方法。 - 前記底部膨出工程は、前記内容物導入工程におけるボトル内部への液状内容物の導入と同時に行われ、該液状内容物を加圧導入させることにより流体圧をボトル底部に付与して前記凹入部を下方に反転膨出させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内容物充填ボトルの製造方法。
- 前記底部膨出工程は、前記内容物導入工程におけるボトル内部への液状内容物の導入に先立って行われ、液状内容物と異なる他の流体をボトル内部に加圧導入させることにより流体圧をボトル底部に付与して前記凹入部を下方に反転膨出させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内容物充填ボトルの製造方法。
