Description

改良之高壓氣瓶
本創作係與固定容量之貯氣罐有關;特別是指一種改良之高壓氣瓶。
高壓氣瓶係用以填充高壓氣體的容器,於日常生活中的應用極為廣泛,例如汽車安全氣囊的充氣裝置,主要是在汽車內裝設有一高壓氣瓶,在汽車遭受高速碰撞時,該高壓氣瓶的封口片就會被穿刺管刺破,使高壓氣體瞬間充入安全氣囊內,進而保障駕駛人或乘客的安全。
一般常見之高壓氣瓶包含封口片與固定塞,封口片係用以封閉該瓶體的開口,而固定塞則用以將封口片固定於瓶口處。然而,由於固定塞與封口片可分離而非緊密結合,故兩者之間容易存在縫隙而無法完全密閉高壓氣瓶,易使氣瓶中的氣體自該縫隙洩出。
除此之外,製造高壓氣瓶的過程中,瓶口之瓶塞的元件越多將增加組裝元件的步驟,而使得製作流程越繁雜;且在理想的狀況下,當瓶體內灌滿氣體時,瓶塞應迅速將瓶口封閉,以避免瓶內氣體經該瓶口洩出,造成氣體浪費而無法有效利用,更增加了製造成本。故如何簡化瓶塞的構造又能達到確實封閉瓶體的目的,是各製造商欲研發的課題。
有鑑於此,本創作之目的在於提供一種改良之高壓氣瓶,其瓶塞為一體成型的單一元件,故不具有習用高壓氣瓶之固定塞與封口片間的縫隙;此外,在製造過程中,當瓶體內灌滿氣體時,該瓶塞可迅速將瓶口封閉,以避免瓶內氣體經該瓶口洩出。
緣以達成上述目的,本創作所提供改良之高壓氣瓶包括一瓶體與一瓶塞,該瓶體具有一氣道連通該瓶體之內部及外部;該瓶塞包括有一塞體與一隔膜,該塞體緊密地設置於該瓶體之該氣道內,該塞體具有一通孔連通該瓶體之內部,該隔膜遮閉該通孔,且該隔膜與該塞體為一體成型者。
本創作之效果在於,該瓶塞具有一體成型的塞體與隔膜,不僅降低了氣體外洩的機率,更簡化了該高壓氣瓶之製程。

為能更清楚地說明本創作,茲舉較佳實施例並配合圖示詳細說明如后,請參圖1所示,為本創作第一實施例之改良之高壓氣瓶100,包含一瓶體10、一瓶塞20與一外密封圈30。
該瓶體10具有一氣道12連通該瓶體10之內部及外部,該氣道12包含有相連通的一第一氣道121與一第二氣道122,其中該第一氣道121連通該瓶體10外部,該第二氣道122連通該瓶體10內部,該第一氣道121之口徑大於該第二氣道122之口徑,且該第一氣道121與該第二氣道122的連接部位形成有一抵擋面12a。
該瓶塞20位於該第一氣道121中,且具有一朝向該瓶體10外部之頂端20a與一朝向該瓶體10內部之底端20b,且包含有一塞體22與一隔膜24。該塞體22包含相連之一大徑段221與一小徑段222,該大徑段221之一端構成該瓶塞20之底端20b,且該底端20b的端面接觸該瓶體10之抵擋面12a;該小徑段222之外徑小於該大徑段221之外徑,且該小徑段222之一端構成該瓶塞20之頂端20a的一部分;其中,該大徑段221外環面與該小徑段222外環面的相接處形成有一肩部223。
該塞體22內部具有一通孔22a連通該瓶體10之內部。該隔膜24係與該塞體22一體成型的金屬薄片,並位於該通孔22a內部而遮閉該通孔22a。於此實施例中,該隔膜24位於該通孔22a的頂端,即靠近該瓶體10外部的一端,該隔膜24與該小徑段222之一端同時構成該瓶塞20的頂端20a。上述瓶塞20係一體成形,不會產生多數個元件易彼此鬆脫的問題故能更緊密的結合於該瓶體10之氣道12內,瓶內氣體也不易由元件間產生的縫隙洩出瓶外而造成氣 體的浪費。
此外,該瓶塞20係透過如圖2至圖4所示之製造方法與該瓶體10結合,該改良之高壓氣瓶100的製造設備1包含一上活塞桿2與一下活塞桿3,兩者可以受外在推進的動力往相對的方向移動,該上活塞桿2連接有一托底件4,該下活塞桿3連接有一推壓件5,該推壓件5的移動可帶動該瓶塞20之移動,該瓶體10係固設於該托底件4與該瓶塞20之間。
如圖3所示,該製造設備1更包含有一氣室6與二進氣管7,該氣室6係一位於該瓶體10與該瓶塞20之間的空間,並與該瓶體10內部連通;該二進氣管7用以將空氣注入該氣室6,進而將空氣充滿該瓶體10內部。當充氣完成時,該上活塞桿2與該下活塞桿3同時往該瓶體10的方向移動,使該推壓件5將該瓶塞20推至該瓶體10之第一氣道121中;該托底件4則抵住該瓶體10之底部,使該瓶體10不會因受到下方推壓件5的推力而往上移。
如圖4所示,該推壓件5將該瓶塞20推入該瓶體10之第一氣道121,使該瓶塞20之底端20b與該瓶體10之抵擋面12a抵接後,便將該瓶體10之頂緣往瓶口之徑向彎折以形成一折緣14,並使該折緣14與該塞體22之肩部223抵接。藉此,該塞體22透過同時抵接於該瓶體10之抵擋面12a與該折緣14,而得以緊密地設置於該第一氣道121內。
由上述製造流程可得知,由於該瓶塞20係一體成形之單一元件,故欲封閉該瓶口時,只須一次擠壓即可完成,使製程簡單化,亦省去了不少製造所須的工時。
復如圖1所示,該塞體22之大徑段221的外壁凹設有一外環形槽221a,該外密封圈30嵌入該外環形槽 221a中,且該外密封圈30之外環面抵接該瓶體10的氣道12孔壁。如此一來,可確保少部分由該第二氣道122被擠壓至該第一氣道121的氣體,能被該外密封圈30阻擋,而更能減少瓶內氣體往瓶體10外部洩出的風險。
如圖5所示,係本創作第二實施例改良之高壓氣瓶200,除包含有該瓶體10外,更包含一瓶塞40,該瓶塞40包含有一塞體42與一隔膜44,該塞體42內部具有一通孔42a連通該瓶體10之內部,該隔膜44用以遮閉該通孔42a相異之處在於,該隔膜44位於該通孔42a的底端,即靠近該瓶體10內部的一端。藉此,將該隔膜44移至離瓶口處有一段距離的位置,可有效減少該隔膜44被穿刺管(圖未示)刺穿時,瓶體10內氣體從穿刺管尖端與該隔膜44之間流失的情形,以達成減少瓶內氣體浪費之功效。
如圖6所示,係本創作第三實施例改良之高壓氣瓶300,除包含有該瓶體10外,更包含一瓶塞50與一內密封圈60。該瓶塞50包含有一塞體52與一隔膜54,該塞體52包含一靠近該瓶體10內部之大徑段521以及一靠近該瓶體10外部之小徑段522,該塞體52內部具有一通孔52a連通該瓶體10之內部,該隔膜54則位於該通孔52a靠近該瓶體10內部的一端。
特別的是,該塞體52之通孔52a的孔壁凹設有一內環形槽521a,該內密封圈60嵌入該內環形槽521a中,該內密封圈60之內環面所圍繞形成的孔徑略小於該塞體52之通孔52a的孔徑,使得該內密封圈60之內環面凸伸於該通孔52a內。該內密封圈60之作用在於,當穿刺管(圖未示)尖端接觸該隔膜54時,該穿刺管身部之外環面與該內密封圈60之內環面能緊密接觸,確保少部分由隔膜54上的破洞與穿刺管尖端之間的間隙洩出至該通孔52a的氣體,能 被該內密封圈60阻擋,而能使瓶體10內的氣體被有效利用。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種改良之高壓氣瓶,其包含:一瓶體,具有一氣道連通該瓶體之內部及外部;以及一瓶塞,包括有一塞體與一隔膜,該塞體緊密地設置於該瓶體之該氣道內,該塞體具有一通孔連通該瓶體之內部,該隔膜遮閉該通孔,且該隔膜與該塞體為一體成型者。
  2. 如請求項1所述改良之高壓氣瓶,其中該塞體之外壁凹設有一外環形槽;一外密封圈嵌入該外環形槽中,且該外密封圈之外環面抵接該瓶體的氣道孔壁。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述改良之高壓氣瓶,其中該塞體於其通孔的孔壁凹設有一內環形槽;一內密封圈嵌入該內環形槽中。
  4. 如請求項1所述改良之高壓氣瓶,其中該瓶體之氣道包含有相連通的一第一氣道與一第二氣道,該第一氣道連通該瓶體外部,該第二氣道連通該瓶體內部,該第一氣道之口徑大於該第二氣道之口徑,且於該第一氣道與該第二氣道的連接部位形成有一抵擋面;該瓶塞位於該第一氣道中,且該瓶塞之底端的端面接觸該瓶體之抵擋面。
  5. 如請求項4所述改良之高壓氣瓶,其中該瓶體之頂緣往瓶口之徑向彎曲而形成一折緣;其中該塞體包含相連之一大徑段與一小徑段,該大徑段之底端的端面接觸該瓶體之抵擋面,該小徑段之外徑小於該大徑段之外徑,且該大徑段外環面與該小徑段外環面的相接處形成有一肩部;該塞體之肩部與該瓶體之折緣抵接。
  6. 如請求項1所述改良之高壓氣瓶,其中該瓶塞之隔膜位於該塞體之通孔的頂端,該通孔的頂端係靠近該瓶體外部的一端。
  7. 如請求項1所述改良之高壓氣瓶,其中該瓶塞之隔膜位於該塞體之通孔的底端,該通孔的底端係靠近該瓶體內部的一端。
