Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、合成樹脂製ボトルの成形法に関する。
[従来の技術] 合成樹脂製ボトルは、通常ブロー成形されることは詳述
するまでもなくよく知られている。
[発明が解決しようとする問題点] しかし、従来のブロー成形では、金型の関係から、ボト
ルの胴に具合よく把手を形成することができず、また、
凹凸形状を付す場合には、その凹凸の方向が不適合のも
のでは成形品が金型から取り出せないため、凹凸の方向
が著しく制限される。
[問題点を解決するための手V&1 本発明は、まず、ブロー成形によりボトルを一次成形し
、次いで、該ボトルの一部を適度に加熱すると共に必要
な形状に加圧して二次成形することを特徴とする。
[実施例] 第1図は、本発明に係る二次成形の成形金型Aとその成
形状態を、第2図は、成形後のボトルlを示している。
該ボトル1は、胴11の後部に左右から縦長の凹溝13
,13を形成させて把手12を設けており、これを形成
する上記二次成形の成形金型Aは、−火成形されたボト
ルlを納める二つ割の一対の金型Aa1. Ac2を設
け、両金型にそのボトルの胴11の後部に対応させて左
右一対の縦長の窓孔Act、 Ac2を直角左回に開孔
すると共に、該窓孔に上記凹溝13.13の成形用の押
型Abt、 Ab2を摺動自在に嵌挿している。
而して、まず、図示してないがブロー成形によりボトル
1を一次成形し、該−火成形ボトルを第1図に示す二次
成形金型A内に納めて型締めした後、押型Ab1. A
b2を介してそのボトルの後部を伝熱加熱しつつ該押型
を押し込み、凹溝13.13を二次成形し、型開きして
、把手12付きのボトル1を造る。
なお、二次成形における局部的な加熱手段は、これに限
るものではなく、他の適宜手段を講じてよい。
〔発明の効果] 本発明によれば、金型の関係からブロー成形において従
来困難であった把手等を簡単に形成でき、また、凹凸形
状を付す場合にも、その方向を任意に選定できて、従来
のブロー成形の難点を解消できる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は、本発明の実施例を示し、第1図は、二次成形金
型とその成形状態を示す断面図、第2図は、成形完成品
の側面図である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. まず、ブロー成形によりボトルを一次成形し、次いで、
    該ボトルの一部を適度に加熱すると共に必要な形状に加
    圧して二次成形することを特徴とする合成樹脂製ボトル
    の成形。
