Abstract
Description

Claims (40)
- 容器の形成方法であって、
パリソンを受け入れるステップと、
キャビティを有する金型で前記パリソンを包囲するステップと、
前記パリソンを前記金型内でインフレートさせて前記キャビティのところに可動領域を備えたブロー成形容器を形成するステップと、
前記ブロー成形容器の充填前に前記可動領域を再位置決めするステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記キャビティは、ベース金型内に設けられている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ブロー成形容器を釈放するステップを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記釈放ステップは、前記再位置決めステップ前に行われる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記釈放ステップは、前記再位置決めステップ後に行われる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記金型は、
第1のサイド金型と、
第2のサイド金型と、
ベース金型とを更に有する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1のサイド金型及び前記第2のサイド金型を前記ブロー成形容器から離すステップと、
前記ベース金型を前記ブロー成形容器から離すステップとを更に有する、請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記再位置決めステップは、前記ベース金型の分離ステップ前に行われる、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記再位置決めステップは、前記ベース金型の分離ステップ後に行われる、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記再位置決めステップでは、前記可動領域を外方に突き出た位置から前記容器の内部に向かって動かす、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記再位置決めステップでは、前記可動領域を前記容器の内部の位置まで動かす、請求項1記載の方法。
- 容器の結晶化度を増大させる方法であって、
パリソンをインフレートさせて可動領域を備えたブロー成形容器を形成するステップを有し、前記可動領域の少なくとも一部分は、前記ブロー成形容器から外方に突き出ており、
前記ブロー成形容器の充填前に前記可動領域を再位置決めするステップを有する、方法。 - 前記ブロー成形容器を釈放するステップを更に有する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記再位置決めステップは、前記釈放ステップ前に行われる、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記再位置決めステップは、前記釈放ステップ後に行われる、請求項13記載の方法。
- 可動領域を備えると共に支承面を備えたベースを有する容器を形成するためのベース組立体であって、
ベースペデスタルと、
前記ベースペデスタルに結合されたベースプラグとを有し、前記ベースプラグは、前記可動領域の少なくとも一部分が前記支承面を越えて前記ベースから外方に突き出るように前記可動領域を形成すると共に前記ベースの前記支承面を形成するようになったベース金型を有する、ベース組立体。 - 前記ベースペデスタルに結合されたプッシュロッドを更に有し、前記プッシュロッドは、前記容器の充填前に、前記可動領域を再位置決めするようになっている、請求項16記載のベース組立体。
- 前記プッシュロッドは、ロッドエンドを更に有する、請求項17記載のベース組立体。
- 前記ベース金型は、接触面を更に有し、前記接触面は、
前記支承面を形成するようになった表面と、
前記キャビティの表面と、
前記ロッドエンドの表面とを含み、前記キャビティの前記表面と前記ロッドエンドの前記表面は、前記可動領域を形成するようになっている、請求項18記載のベース組立体。 - 容器であって、ベースを有し、前記ベースは、
ディンプルを備えた可動領域と、
前記可動領域からオフセットした支承面とを有し、ブロー成形後であって充填前に、前記可動領域の少なくとも一部分は、前記支承面を越えて外方に突き出る、容器。 - 前記可動領域は、前記可動領域が前記支承面を越えて突き出ることが無いように再位置決めされるようになっている、請求項20記載の容器。
- 前記ベースは、前記可動領域が内方に延びるよう再位置決めされるようになっている、請求項20記載の容器。
- 前記ディンプルは、前記可動領域の中心のところに設けられ、再位置決め前に、前記可動領域は、前記支承面の最も内側の縁から外方に突き出ると共に前記支承面に対し、下に凸である、請求項20記載の容器。
- パリソンを受け入れるステップを有し、
前記パリソンを金型内に封入するステップを有し、前記金型は、凹部を備えた壁を有し、
前記パリソンを前記金型内でインフレートさせてブロー成形容器を形成するステップを有し、前記ブロー成形容器は、側壁、前記凹部のところに形成された可動領域、及び前記側壁と前記可動領域との間のインターフェイスを包囲するヒンジを有し、
前記ブロー成形容器を消費可能な製品で充填する前に、前記可動領域を前記ヒンジ回りに前記ブロー成形容器の内部に向かって動かすステップを有する、方法。 - 前記ブロー成形容器を前記金型から釈放するステップを更に有する、請求項24記載の方法。
- 前記釈放ステップは、前記移動ステップ前に行われる、請求項25記載の方法。
- 前記釈放ステップは、前記移動ステップ後に行われる、請求項25記載の方法。
- 前記金型は、第1のサイド金型及び第2のサイド金型を含み、前記ブロー成形容器の釈放ステップは、前記第1のサイド金型及び前記第2のサイド金型を前記ブロー成形容器から離すステップを含む、請求項24記載の方法。
- 前記第1のサイド金型は、前記凹部を有し、前記第2のサイド金型は、第2の凹部を有する、請求項28記載の方法。
- 前記可動領域は、前記移動ステップ後に握りを形成する、請求項24記載の方法。
- ブロー成形容器の結晶化度を増大させる方法であって、
凹部を備えた壁を有する金型内でパリソンをインフレートさせて可動掴み領域を有するブロー成形容器を形成するステップを有し、前記可動掴み領域は、前記凹部のところに形成され、前記ブロー成形容器は、前記可動掴み領域に結合されたヒンジを有し、前記ヒンジは、前記ブロー成形容器と前記可動掴み領域との間のインターフェイスを包囲し、
前記ブロー成形容器の充填前に、前記可動掴み領域を前記ヒンジ回りに前記ブロー成形容器の内部に向かって動かすステップを有する、方法。 - 前記ブロー成形容器を前記金型から釈放するステップを更に有する、請求項31記載の方法。

前記可動掴み領域の第2の外側握り部分を形成するようになった第2の表面と、
前記可動掴み領域の第1の内側握り部分を形成するようになった第3の表面と、
前記可動掴み領域の第2の内側握り部分を形成するようになった第4の表面と、
前記可動掴み領域の出張り領域を形成するようになった第5の表面領域とを有する、請求項37記載の容器形成組立体。 - 前記第5の表面領域は、前記第3の表面と前記第4の表面との間に位置決めされ、前記第3の表面及び前記第4の表面は、それぞれ、前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面に隣接して位置決めされている、請求項39記載の容器形成組立体。
