Claims (21)
- 容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステムであって、該システムが、
内部表面を規定し、予備成型体を受け入れるようになされた鋳型空洞と、
入り口、チャンバ、並びに液体を前記入り口を通って前記チャンバ内に引き込む第1の方向及び前記液体を前記予備成型体に向かわせる第2の方向に前記チャンバ内を移動可能な機械式駆動のピストン状装置を有する圧力源と、
前記圧力源から前記液体を受け取り、前記液体をある圧力で前記予備成型体内に移動させ、それによって前記予備成型体を前記鋳型空洞の前記内部表面に向かって拡大させて、結果として得られる容器を作り、前記液体が前記容器内に最終製品として残るようにさせるブロー・ノズルと
を備え、
前記ピストン状装置が、前記予備成型体を最初に外向きに拡大させる第1の圧力を発生させる第1のピストン状装置、引き続き前記予備成型体を外向きに拡大させる前記第1の圧力よりも大きい第2の圧力を発生させる第2のピストン状装置とを含み、前記第1の圧力が約689.5kPa〜1034kPaであり、前記第2の圧力が約3447kPa〜4137kPaである、容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。 - 前記ピストン状装置が、ピストンと、ポンプ及び蓄積器とのうちの1つである、請求項1に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記ブロー・ノズルが、前記予備成型体の端部とシールを形成するようになっている形状を有する、請求項1に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記液体が、高温充填工程中に前記予備成型体内に移動されるようになっている、請求項1に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記ブロー・ノズルが、前記液体を、約85℃〜96℃の温度で前記予備成型体内に移動させるようになっている、請求項4に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記ブロー・ノズルが、前記液体を、常温で前記予備成型体内に移動させるようになっている、請求項1に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記ブロー・ノズルが、前記液体を、約0℃〜32℃の温度で前記予備成型体内に移動させるようになっている、請求項6に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記鋳型空洞が、約88℃〜121℃の温度に加熱された予備成型体を受け入れるようになっている、請求項1に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記鋳型空洞が約93℃〜177℃の温度に加熱されるようになっている、請求項1に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記予備成型体内に延び、前記液体が前記予備成型体内に送られるのに先立ち、前記予備成型体を機械的に伸張させるようになっている伸張ロッドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 前記伸張ロッドに、大気への排気口が設けられている、請求項10に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行うためのシステム。
- 容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法において、
内部表面を有する鋳型空洞内に予備成形体を配置する段階と、
前記予備成型体の開口部にブロー・ノズルを密封可能に接続する段階と、
液体をチャンバ内に蓄積させる段階と、
前記ブロー・ノズルを介して前記予備成型体の前記開口部に前記チャンバから前記液体を供給する段階であって、それによって前記予備成型体を前記鋳型空洞の前記内部表面に向かって拡大させて、結果として得られる容器を作り、前記液体を前記容器内に最終製品として残す、前記チャンバから前記液体を供給する段階と
を含み、
前記蓄積させる段階および前記液体を供給する段階を、機械式駆動のピストン状装置により行なう、
前記チャンバから前記液体を供給する段階が、
前記液体を第1の圧力で移動させる段階と、
引き続き、前記第1の圧力よりも大きい第2の圧力で前記液体を移動させる段階とを含み、前記第1の圧力および前記第2の圧力が約689.5kPa〜4137kPaである、容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法。 - 前記チャンバから前記液体を供給する段階が、前記液体を約85℃〜96℃の温度で前記予備成型体内に移動させる段階を含む、請求項12に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法。

- 前記チャンバから前記液体を供給する段階が、前記液体を約0℃〜32℃の温度で前記予備成型体内に移動させる段階を含む、請求項12に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法。
- 前記チャンバから前記液体を供給する段階が、前記液体を前記予備成型体内に移動させる段階を含み、
前記予備成型体を約88℃〜121℃の温度に加熱する、請求項12に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法。 - 前記鋳型空洞内に前記予備成型体を配置する段階が、約93℃〜177℃の温度に加熱された鋳型空洞内に前記予備成型体を配置する段階を含む、請求項12に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法。

- 前記第1の圧力が約689.5kPa〜1034kPaであり、前記第2の圧力が約3447kPa〜4137kPaである、請求項12に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法。
- 前記第1の圧力を第1のピストン状装置により発生させ、前記第2の圧力を第2のピストン状装置により発生させる、請求項20に記載された容器の形成および充填を同時に行う方法。
