Claims (2)
- 有底筒状のプリフォームが装着されるブロー成形用の金型と、該金型に装着されたプリフォームの口筒部に嵌合するブローノズルと、該ブローノズルに加圧した液体を供給する加圧液体供給部とを有し、前記ブローノズルを通して前記プリフォーム内に液体を充填して該プリフォームを前記金型のキャビティに沿った形状に成形するブロー成形装置であって、
前記ブローノズルに流路を介して接続される脱気機構部を備え、
前記脱気機構部により前記金型に装着された前記プリフォーム内の空気を、前記流路を介して吸い出した後、前記ブローノズルを通して前記プリフォーム内に液体を充填するとともに、
前記脱気機構部は、該脱気機構部と前記ブローノズルとを接続する前記流路内にフラッシュエアを供給して該流路内の液体を前記ブローノズルに戻す機能を備えることを特徴とするブロー成形装置。 - 前記ブローノズルと同軸に配置され、前記金型のキャビティ内に向けて移動して前記プリフォームを軸方向に延伸させる延伸ロッドを有する請求項1に記載のブロー成形装置。
