Description
Claims (29)
- 高温製品で充填された簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステムであって、
生産ラインにおいて、容器本体の内部を囲んでいる簡略化表面と、該容器本体から突出している突起とを有する、当該容器本体を前記高温製品で充填する充填ステップと、
前記生産ラインの次の作業において、前記充填容器本体の首部をキャップで蓋締めする蓋締めステップと、
前記高温製品で充填された前記容器本体を冷却する冷却ステップと、
前記冷却された容器本体から突出している前記突起を、前記容器本体の内部に押し込んで、その結果として生じる、充填されかつ冷却された容器本体を、前記簡略化表面の実質的な部分にわたって、構造幾何学的な形状が比較的ないようにする、押し込みステップとを含むシステム。 - 前記冷却ステップは、前記容器本体内に真空を生じさせ、かつ前記真空のほぼ全てを、前記押し込みステップによって吸収する、請求項1に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 前記容器本体の前記簡略化表面が、首部、肩領域、基部、および該容器本体の前記内部を囲んでいる平滑側面を有し、かつ前記突起が、前記充填ステップが始まる前は、前記容器本体の前記基部から突出している前記容器本体を、パリソンをブロー成形して、形成するブロー成形ステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 前記ブロー成形ステップにおいて前記容器本体を形成した後、前記容器本体から突出している前記突起を前記容器本体の内部に反転させる反転ステップと、
前記充填ステップの前に、前記突起が前記容器本体の外を移動させて前記容器本体から突出させるような力で、前記容器本体の前記突起を再位置決めする再位置決めステップとをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。 - 前記容器から突出する前記突起付きの前記容器本体を、前記充填および蓋締めステップ中は、その首部で搬送する、請求項1に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 前記蓋締めステップの後、容器本体の前記生産ラインを、多数のレーンに分割して多数の容器本体を、レーンに形成して容器保持装置の配置に備えるようにする分割ステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 容器本体を、ロボットアームによってつまみ上げて、前記容器本体から突出している前記突起が、前記容器保持装置の開口部を通して突出するように、前記容器保持装置に配置し、かつ容器本体で満たされた前記容器保持装置を、冷却器を通して移動させて、それぞれの容器本体内の前記高温製品を冷却する、請求項6に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 前記突起は、前記容器本体の前記基部、肩領域、および首部の一つから突出している、請求項3に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 冷却された容器本体から突出している前記突起を、前記容器本体の内部に押し込む前記押し込みステップは、パネルから伸長する突起付きの当該パネルを、容器保持装置の下側の前記パネルの突起が、前記容器保持装置のそれぞれの開口部を通して前記容器本体の突出している突起と一致する位置に位置決めするステップと、前記突起付きのパネルを、前記容器の突起と逆の方向に移動させることによって、前記容器の突起を、それぞれの容器本体内に押し込むステップとを含む、請求項1に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 前記容器本体は、構造幾何学的な形状が比較的ない前記簡略化表面の実質的な部分に加えて、把持部分を有する、請求項1に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 前記簡略化表面の前記実質的な部分は、装飾部を有する、請求項1に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 少なくとも小型真空パネルをさらに含み、前記突起の前記押し込みステップは、前記結果として生じる真空の大部分を吸収し、かつ前記小型真空パネルは、残りを吸収する、請求項2に記載の簡略化プラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 容器底部に組み込まれる真空パネルを持つプラスチック容器を、該容器の側壁の実質的な部分には構造幾何学的な形状が比較的ないように、処理するシステムであって、
生産ラインにおいて、前記容器底部から突出している突起を有する、容器本体を高温製品で充填する充填ステップと、
前記生産ラインの次の作業において、前記充填容器本体を封止する封止ステップと、
前記高温製品で充填された前記容器本体を冷却することによって前記容器に真空を生じさせる、冷却ステップと、
第1アクチュエータを用いて、前記冷却された容器本体から突出している前記突起を、前記容器本体の内部に押し込んで、前記真空によって生じる歪みを低減させ、その結果として生じる、高温充填されかつ冷却された容器本体が、構造幾何学的な形状が比較的ない実質的な部分を持つ側壁と、全体的に平らな容器直立面とを有するようにする、押し込みステップとを含むプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。 - 前記第1アクチュエータは、伸長式ロッドを含み、前記伸長式ロッドを、伸長させて、前記容器底部から突出する前記突起に圧縮力を与えることによって前記突起を、その収縮位置まで移動させて、前記容器の体積を減じて前記容器の前記側壁の前記歪みを最小限に抑える、請求項13に記載のプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 容器保持器を供給し、および前記容器保持器が、前記充填、封止、および冷却プロセス中は、前記容器本体を保持するように、伸長式ロッドを含む第2アクチュエータを用いて、突出可能な突起付きの容器を前記容器保持器に挿入する挿入ステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載のプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 容器と容器保持器との組合せステーションをさらに含み、該ステーションは、容器給送アセンブリおよび容器保持器給送アセンブリと共に一方向に回転する容器保持ホイールを含み、前記容器を、前記回転している容器保持ホイールによって保持し、続いて給送された容器保持器に挿入する、請求項15に記載のプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。

- 前記第2アクチュエータを、カム配置(arrangement:アレンジメント)によって効果的に動かす(deploy:デプロイ)、請求項17に記載のプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。
- 前記冷却された容器本体から突出している前記突起を前記容器本体の内部に押し込む押し込みステップは、グリッパーを位置決めして容器を保持し、続いて伸長式ロッドを持つ前記第1アクチュエータを、前記グリッパーの下向きの力によって中和される上向きの力で、前記容器保持器のそれぞれの開口部を通して作動させ、それによって前記突起を、前記容器内に押し込むことを含む、請求項15に記載のプラスチック容器を処理するシステム。

- 処理システムで容器を取り扱う容器取扱システムであって、前記容器は、その底面の真空パネルと、該真空パネルを前記容器底部から突出するように出っ張らせた場合には幾何学的に不安定である構成(configuration:コンフィギュレーション)とを有し、前記容器取扱システムは、
前記容器を、その底面に真空パネル面がある状態で、前記容器処理システムの他のセクション(section)まで移動させるコンベヤと、
前記処理システムの充填セクションおよび冷却セクションの後で、前記容器が、幾何学的に安定な構成に戻されるように、各容器の前記真空パネルを、それぞれの容器内の収縮位置まで移動させる、第1アクチュエータとを含む、容器取扱システム。 - 突出可能な突起を有する底部真空パネルを持つ容器を受ける中央開口部、および前記突出可能な突起に対応する孔のある底部を有する容器保持器と、
前記処理システムの前記充填セクションおよび前記冷却セクションの前であって、前記容器が前記容器保持器によって支持されるところで、前記容器の前記真空パネルを突出位置まで移動させて、前記容器底面から突出させることによって、前記容器の体積を増加させる第2アクチュエータとをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の容器取扱システム。 - 前記第2アクチュエータは、伸長式ロッドを含み、前記伸長式ロッドは、前記容器の前記真空パネルを、前記突出位置まで移動させるために伸長可能である、請求項24に記載の容器取扱システム。
