- 一側が開放され、他側に貫通孔が形成された底部を備える電池ハウジングと、
前記貫通孔の内壁と接触しないように前記貫通孔を通過して取り付けられた電極端子と、
前記電極端子と前記貫通孔との間に介在された端子ガスケットと、を含み、
前記電極端子は、
前記貫通孔に挿入された本体部と、
前記本体部の第1側から前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の外側面に沿って延長された外部フランジ部と、
前記本体部の第2側から前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の内側面に向かって延長されて前記端子ガスケットを圧着する内部フランジ部と、
前記内部フランジ部の内側に備えられた平坦部と、を含む、電極端子の固定構造。 - 前記平坦部と前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の内側面とが平行である、請求項1に記載の電極端子の固定構造。

- 前記内部フランジ部の高さは、前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の内側面を基準にして0.5mm~3.0mmである、請求項1から27のいずれか一項に記載の電極端子の固定構造。
- 前記外部フランジ部の下面から前記平坦部の表面までの前記電極端子の高さは4mm~7mmである、請求項28に記載の電極端子の固定構造。
- 前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の外側面を基準にして前記外部フランジ部の高さは0.8mm以上である、請求項1から29のいずれか一項に記載の電極端子の固定構造。
- 前記外部ガスケットの一部は、前記外部フランジ部の外側に露出し、
前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の外側面と平行な方向で測定した前記外部ガスケットの露出部の幅は、0.1mm~1mmである、請求項14に記載の電極端子の固定構造。 - 前記本体部の中心から前記外部フランジ部の端部までの半径は、前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の半径を基準にして10%~70%である、請求項14に記載の電極端子の固定構造。
- 前記本体部の中心から前記平坦部の端部までの半径は、前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の半径を基準にして4%~30%である、請求項1から32のいずれか一項に記載の電極端子の固定構造。
- 前記端子ガスケットの圧縮前厚さに対する最大圧縮地点の厚さ変化量の比率を圧縮率と定義するとき、
前記端子ガスケットの圧縮率は、30%~90%である、請求項14に記載の電極端子の固定構造。 - 前記端子ガスケットは、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリフルオロエチレンまたはポリプロピレンを含み、
前記端子ガスケットの圧縮率は、50%~90%である、請求項34に記載の電極端子の固定構造。 - 前記端子ガスケットの中間ガスケットの圧縮前厚さと内部ガスケットの圧縮前厚さとは実質的に同一であり、前記中間ガスケット及び前記内部ガスケットの圧縮率は50%~90%である、請求項34または35に記載の電極端子の固定構造。
- 第1電極と第2電極とが分離膜を介在した状態で巻き取られ、両端部から延長されて前記分離膜の外に露出した前記第1電極の第1部分及び前記第2電極の第2部分を含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納して前記第1電極と電気的に接続された電池ハウジングと、
前記電池ハウジングの底部に形成された貫通孔の内壁と接触しないように前記貫通孔を通過して取り付けられ、前記第2電極と電気的に接続された電極端子であって、
前記貫通孔に挿入された本体部と、
前記本体部の第1側から前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の外側面に沿って延長された外部フランジ部と、
前記本体部の第2側から前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の内側面に向かって延長された内部フランジ部と、
前記内部フランジ部の内側に備えられた平坦部と、を含む電極端子と、
前記電極端子と前記貫通孔との間に介在された端子ガスケットと、
前記電池ハウジングから絶縁可能に前記電池ハウジングの開放端部を密封する密封体と、を含む、バッテリー。 - 前記電池ハウジングは、開放端部に隣接した領域において前記電池ハウジングの内側に押し込まれたビーディング部を含み、
前記密封体は、極性のないキャップ、及び前記キャップの周縁と前記電池ハウジングの開放端部との間に介在された密封ガスケットを含む、請求項37に記載のバッテリー。 - 前記電池ハウジングは、前記電池ハウジングの内側に延長されて折り曲げられ、前記密封ガスケットとともに前記キャップの周縁を包んで固定するクリンピング部をさらに含む、請求項38に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記キャップは、前記電池ハウジングの内圧が臨界値を超えたときに破裂するベンティングノッチを含む、請求項38または39に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記ベンティングノッチは、前記電池ハウジングの内圧が15kgf/cm2~35kgf/cm2になったときに破裂する、請求項40に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記第1電極の第1部分と結合される第1集電体をさらに含み、
前記第1集電体は、前記第1電極の第1部分と接触しない端部の少なくとも一部が前記ビーディング部と前記密封ガスケットとの間に介在されて前記クリンピング部によって固定されている、請求項39に記載のバッテリー。 - 前記第1集電体の端部の少なくとも一部は、前記クリンピング部に隣接した前記ビーディング部の内周面に溶接を通じて固定されている、請求項42に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記第2電極の第2部分と結合される第2集電体をさらに含み、
前記第2集電体の少なくとも一部は、前記電極端子の平坦部と結合されている、請求項37から43のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー。 - 前記第2集電体と前記電極端子の平坦部とは、溶接によって結合され、
前記第2集電体と前記電極端子の平坦部との間の溶接部の引張力は、2kgf以上である、請求項44に記載のバッテリー。 - 前記第2集電体の表面に露出した溶接パターンの換算直径は、2mm以上である、請求項45に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記電極端子の平坦部の直径は、3mm~14mmである、請求項46に記載のバッテリー。

- 前記絶縁体は、前記電極端子の平坦部を前記第2集電体側に露出させる溶接孔を含み、前記第2集電体の表面と前記電極組立体の一側端を覆っている、請求項49に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記電池ハウジングの前記底部の内側面から前記電極端子の平坦部までの高さは、前記絶縁体の厚さと同一であるかまたは小さい値である、請求項50に記載のバッテリー。
