アミノ酸配列:NYRWFGAMDH(配列番号35)を含むCDR−H3、を含む重鎖可変ドメイン、
を含む、ヒトLAG3に特異的に結合する抗体またはその抗原結合性フラグメント。 - 請求項1に記載の抗体またはその抗原結合性フラグメントであって、

- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の抗体または抗原結合性フラグメントの製造方法であって、
a.該抗体または抗原結合性フラグメントの軽鎖および重鎖をコードするポリヌクレオチドを含む宿主細胞を、該ポリヌクレオチドの発現に有利な条件下で培地内で培養する工程を含み、更に、
b.該宿主細胞および/または培地から該抗体または抗原結合性フラグメントを回収する工程を含んでもよい、製造方法。 - 宿主細胞がチャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞である、請求項24に記載の製造方法。
- 癌の治療用医薬の製造における、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の抗体または抗原結合性フラグメントの使用。
- 医薬が、ペンブロリズマブと組み合わせて投与することができるようになっている、請求項26に記載の使用。
