Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 所与の形状に設定される形状記憶材料の自己拡張型/強制拡張型のステントを、駆動ワイヤを有する送達システムにより、低減された移植サイズまで収縮させるステップであって、前記ステントが、前記駆動ワイヤに動作可能に接続される調節可能な要素を持つ選択的に調節可能なアセンブリを有し、前記調節可能な要素が前記駆動ワイヤにより調節されるときに、自己拡張型の前記ステントの少なくとも一部分における構成の変化が生じるようになっている、ステップと、
収縮された前記ステントを、前記ステントが移植されるべき患者固有の弁輪に挿入するステップと、
前記駆動ワイヤを前記送達システムにより回転させて、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中へ強制的に拡張させるステップと、
前記駆動ワイヤを回転させる間に、前記駆動ワイヤに加えられるトルクを前記送達システムにより求めるステップと、
求められたトルクの値に基づいて前記駆動ワイヤの回転を停止させるステップとを含む、ステントを移植するための方法。 - ユーザに動的な前記トルクの値を与えて、前記ユーザが前記ステントの拡張及び収縮を変化させることができるようにするステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントを前記送達システムから接続解除して、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中に移植するステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントを前記送達システムから接続解除して、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中に移植するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送達システムが、前記駆動ワイヤに接続された、前記駆動ワイヤを回転させるための少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを有し、前記方法が、
前記少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを駆動するのに必要な電流を測定すること、及び
前記電流の値に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを停止させ、それによって前記駆動ワイヤの回転を停止させることによって、
前記停止させるステップを実行するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 拡張する前記ステントの格子によって前記弁輪に与えられる外向きの半径方向力を、前記電流の前記値を用いて算出するステップと、

収縮された前記ステントを、前記ステントが移植されるべき患者固有の弁輪に挿入するステップと、
前記駆動ワイヤを前記送達システムにより回転させて、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中へ強制的に拡張させるステップと、
前記駆動ワイヤを回転させる間に、前記駆動ワイヤに加えられるトルクを送達システムにより求めるステップと、
求められた前記トルクの値に基づいて前記駆動ワイヤの回転を停止させるステップとを含む、ステントを移植するための方法。 - ユーザに動的な前記トルクの値を与えて、前記ユーザが前記ステントの拡張及び収縮を変化させることができるようにするステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントを前記送達システムから接続解除して、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中に移植するステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントを前記送達システムから接続解除して、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中に移植するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記送達システムが、前記駆動ワイヤに接続された、前記駆動ワイヤを回転させるための少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを有し、前記方法が、
前記少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを駆動するのに必要な電流を測定すること、及び
前記電流の値に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを停止させ、それによって前記駆動ワイヤの回転を停止させることによって、

前記駆動ワイヤを移動させる間に、前記駆動ワイヤに加えられるトルクを前記送達システムにより求めるステップと、
求められた前記トルクの値に基づいて前記駆動ワイヤの移動を停止させるステップとを含む、ステントを移植するための方法。 - 前記移動させるステップが、前記駆動ワイヤを回転させて、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中へ強制的に拡張させるステップを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- ユーザに動的な前記トルクの値を与えて、前記ユーザが前記ステントの拡張及び収縮を変化させることができるようにするステップをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントを前記送達システムから接続解除して、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中に移植するステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントを前記送達システムから接続解除して、前記ステントを前記弁輪の中に移植するステップをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記送達システムが、前記駆動ワイヤに接続された、前記駆動ワイヤを回転させるための少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを有し、前記方法が、
前記少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを駆動するのに必要な電流を測定すること、及び
前記電流の値に基づいて前記少なくとも1つの駆動ワイヤモータを停止させ、それによって前記駆動ワイヤの回転を停止させることによって、
