される部分を有する、選択的に調整可能なアセンブリと、を備える、外科用移植片。

前記キー穴形状の縦方向駆動オリフィスが、半径方向外向きの開口を有する、項目1

形状記憶材料の管状ステントであって、内面及び外面を画定する壁を有し、前記内面及
び外面の一方が、前記内面及び外面の一方から延びる少なくとも1つの半径方向突起を有
する、管状ステントを備える、外科用移植片。

前記外面が、外側の実質的に円形の周面であり、

Claims (9)
- 外科用移植片であって、前記外科用移植片は、
所与の形状に設定される形状記憶材料の自己拡張型ステントであって、前記自己拡張型ステントは、壁厚を伴う壁を有し、前記壁は、複数のキー穴形状の縦方向駆動オリフィスを画定する、自己拡張型ステントと、
前記自己拡張型ステントの選択的に調整可能なアセンブリであって、前記選択的に調整可能なアセンブリは、調整可能な複数の要素を有し、前記自己拡張型ステントの少なくとも一部分における構成の変化を強制するように動作可能であり、前記調整可能な複数の要素のそれぞれは、それぞれの縦方向駆動オリフィス内に回転可能に配置されている部分を有する、選択的に調整可能なアセンブリと
を備え、
前記複数のキー穴形状の縦方向駆動オリフィスは、半径方向外向きの開口を有し、
前記複数のキー穴形状の縦方向駆動オリフィスを取り囲む前記自己拡張型ステントの前記壁は、前記複数のキー穴形状の縦方向駆動オリフィスに垂直な面内に台形の断面形状を有する、外科用移植片。 - 前記壁厚は、第2の壁厚であり、前記壁は、第1の壁厚を有する少なくとも1つの第1の部分と、記第2の壁厚を有する少なくとも1つの第2の部分とを有し、前記第2の壁厚は、前記第1の壁厚よりも大きく、前記少なくとも1つの第2の部分は、前記複数のキー穴形状の縦方向駆動オリフィスのうちの1つを画定する、請求項1に記載の外科用移植片。
- 前記壁は、実質的に中空円筒として形成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の外科用移植片。
