Claims (18)
- 細胞療法のための治療的組成物を作製する方法であって、
(a)

を体細胞、前駆細胞、または哺乳動物非多能性幹細胞に導入する工程;ならびに
(b) 該体細胞、前駆細胞、または哺乳動物非多能性幹細胞と、GSK3インヒビター、MEKインヒビター、およびTGFβ受容体/ALK5インヒビターを接触させる工程
を含み、
該治療的組成物が、段階(a)および(b)から得られた該細胞を含む、
方法。 - OctポリペプチドがOct4である、請求項1記載の方法。
- KlfポリペプチドがKlf4である、請求項1記載の方法。
- SoxポリペプチドがSox2である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 体細胞、前駆細胞、または哺乳動物非多能性幹細胞が、ヒト細胞である、請求項1記載の方法。

該混合物が、
(a) 体細胞、前駆細胞、または非多能性幹細胞、ならびに
(b) GSK3インヒビター、MEKインヒビター、およびTGFβ受容体/ALK5インヒビター
を含み、
該体細胞、前駆細胞、または非多能性幹細胞が、
(i) Octポリペプチドをコードするポリヌクレオチド、Klfポリペプチドをコードするポリヌクレオチド、およびSoxポリペプチドをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含む1つまたは複数の発現カセット;または
(ii) 外因性Octポリペプチド、外因性Soxポリペプチド、および外因性Klfポリペプチド
を含む、
