Abstract
Se proporciona un método excelente para producir una célula T CD4 positiva simple (célula T CD4SP) no secretora de IL-4 y secretora de IFN-g (tipo Th1) o no secretora de IFN-g y secretora de IL-4 (tipo Th2). El método para producir la célula T CD4SP tipo Th1 o tipo Th2 de la presente comprende una etapa de inducción de una célula T CD4 positiva simple a partir de una célula madre hematopoyética (HSC) y/o una célula progenitora hematopoyética (HPC) sustancialmente defectuosa en un factor involucrado en la secreción de IL-4 o un factor involucrado en la secreción de IFN-g.
