Abstract

Claims (16)
- 成形されたポリマー製品を製造する方法であって:
充填剤粒子と混合した芳香族液晶ポリマーを含むポリマー組成物を押し出す工程であって、ここで、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーは、約3.3J/g〜約4.5J/gの結晶化熱を有し、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーは、約80Pa・s〜約300Pa・sの溶融粘度を有し、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーはまた、約300℃〜約400℃の融点を有し、前記ポリマー組成物を、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーがその融点にあるか、または前記ポリマーの融点の約20℃下の範囲内にある間に押し出し、前記ポリマー組成物を、約7mm未満の厚さを有する薄型基材に押し出す、前記工程;
前記押出薄型基材をカレンダー加工する工程;および
前記押出ポリマー基材が高温である間に、前記押出薄型基材を三次元製品に成形する工程であって、前記押出薄型基材を、圧力下または真空下で、マンドレルの上で延伸することによって成形し、前記押出ポリマー基材の少なくとも一部を、1:1超〜約20:1の延伸比で延伸し、当該製品は、約230℃〜約300℃の荷重たわみ温度(DTUL)を有する、前記工程;

- 前記充填剤粒子が、板状形状を有し、約10:1〜約50:1のアスペクト比を有する、請求項1、3および4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、約10マイクロメートル未満の平均粒径を有し、タルクを含み、前記充填剤粒子が、前記ポリマー組成物中に約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在する、請求項1、3、4および5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記押出薄型基材が、チューブ、シート、またはフィルムを含む、請求項1、3、4、5および6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記三次元製品の少なくとも一部が、約200マイクロメートル未満の厚さを有する、請求項1、3、4、5、6、および7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記三次元製品が、調理器具製品を含む、請求項2に記載の製品。
- 前記三次元製品が、調理トレーを含む、請求項9に記載の製品。
- 成形されたポリマー製品を製造する方法であって:
押出薄型基材を加熱する工程であって、前記薄型基材は、充填剤粒子と混合した芳香族液晶ポリマーを含み、前記充填剤粒子は、薄型基材中に約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在し、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーは、約80Pa・s〜約300Pa・sの溶融粘度を有し、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーはまた、約300℃〜約400℃の融点および約3.3J/g〜約4.5J/gの結晶化熱を有し、前記薄型基材は、第1の面および第2の面を有し、前記薄型基材は、少なくとも1000:1の表面積対厚さの比を有し、前記薄型基材は、約7mm未満の厚さを有する、前記工程;および
前記押出薄型基材を、前記押出ポリマー基材が高温である間に、少なくとも1つの輪郭を有する三次元製品に成形する工程であって、当該製品は、約230℃〜約300℃の荷重たわみ温度(DTUL)を有する、前記工程;
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記押出薄型基材を、成形の間に前記三次元製品上の輪郭がある場所で延伸し、前記押出薄型基材は、輪郭がある場所で1:1超〜約20:1の延伸比を有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族液晶ポリマーおよび前記充填剤粒子を供給し、連続シートまたはフィルムに押し出す工程;
前記連続シートまたはフィルムをカレンダー加工する工程;および
前記連続シートまたはフィルムを個々のシートまたはフィルムに切断する工程;
によって、前記押出薄型基材を形成させる、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 前記薄型基材を加熱する工程;および
前記加熱した薄型基材を真空型に入れ、前記基材を三次元製品に成形する工程;
によって、前記三次元製品を成形する、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 前記薄型基材を加熱する工程;および
前記ポリマーシートを前記三次元製品にブロー成形する工程;
によって、前記三次元製品を成形する、請求項11に記載の方法。 - ポリマー製品を製造する方法であって:
充填剤粒子と混合した芳香族液晶ポリマーを含むポリマー組成物を押し出す工程であって、前記充填剤粒子は、前記組成物中に約20重量%〜約60重量%の量で存在し、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーは、約3.3J/g〜約4.5J/gの結晶化熱を有し、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーは、約80Pa・s〜約300Pa・sの溶融粘度を有し、前記芳香族液晶ポリマーはまた、300℃〜約400℃の融点を有し、前記ポリマー組成物を、約7mm未満の厚さを有するフィルムまたはシートに押し出す、前記工程;
前記押出シートまたはフィルムをカレンダー加工する工程;および
前記押出シートまたはフィルムを個々の製品に切断する工程;
を含む、前記方法。
