Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンの始動/停止要求が為されてステップS1の判断がYES(肯定)になると、ステップS2でフロント側駆動トルクTF が歯打ち音発生トルク領域Aの範囲内か否かを判断し、歯打ち音発生トルク領域Aの範囲内の場合にはステップS3以下を実行し、ステップS4でフロント側駆動トルクTF が歯打ち音発生トルク領域Aから外れるように前後輪のトルク分配を変更し、フロント側のモータジェネレータMG2のトルクを増大させてフロント側駆動トルクTF を大きくする。これにより、エンジンの始動・停止時の比較的大きなトルク変動に拘らず、フロント側駆動トルクTF がゼロ点を跨いで変化して歯車機構で歯打ち音が発生することが防止される。

- エンジン、第1電動機、および歯車機構を有して車両に駆動トルクを付与する第1駆動部を備えているハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンのトルク変動に起因して前記歯車機構が歯打ち音を発生する条件として前記第1駆動部のトルクに関して予め定められた歯打ち音発生条件を満足するか否かを判断する歯打ち音発生判断手段と、
該歯打ち音発生判断手段により前記歯打ち音発生条件を満足する旨の判断が為された場合に、前記第1駆動部のトルクが該歯打ち音発生条件から外れるように、前記第1電動機のトルクを変更するトルク変更手段と、
該トルク変更手段による前記第1電動機のトルク変化に伴う車両の駆動トルクの変化を相殺するように、該第1電動機および前記エンジン以外の装置を用いて該車両の駆動トルクを制御する相殺手段と、
を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1駆動部は、車両の前後輪の一方に駆動トルクを付与するもので、該第1駆動部とは別に設けられて前後輪の他方に駆動トルクを付与する第2駆動部を備えているとともに、車輪に制動トルクを付与する制動装置を有する一方、
前記トルク変更手段は、前記第1駆動部のトルクが前記歯打ち音発生条件から外れるように前記第1電動機のトルクを増大させるもので、
前記相殺手段は、前記第2駆動部による駆動トルクを低減するか、或いは前記制動装置によって制動トルクを付与することにより、前記車両の駆動トルクの変化を相殺する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第2駆動部は、エネルギー回生可能な第2電動機を備えており、
前記相殺手段は、前記第2駆動部による駆動トルクを低減するために、必要に応じて前記第2電動機にエネルギー回生させて制動トルクを発生させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記歯打ち音発生条件は、前記エンジンが所定の作動状態で作動させられる場合に、前記第1電動機のトルクが予め定められた歯打ち音発生トルク領域の範囲内であることで、
前記トルク変更手段は、前記第1電動機のトルクが前記歯打ち音発生トルク領域から外れるように該第1電動機のトルクを変更するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの運転を停止し前記第1電動機の動力により車輪を駆動するモータ走行モードと、該エンジンおよび該第1電動機の両方を作動させて車輪を駆動するハイブリッド走行モードとを切り換える走行モード切換手段と、
前記モータ走行モードと前記ハイブリッド走行モードとの切り換えに伴う前記エンジンの始動要求および停止要求の少なくとも一方を検出する始動・停止検出手段と、
を備えている一方、
前記歯打ち音発生条件は、前記始動・停止検出手段によって前記エンジンの始動要求または停止要求が検出された時に、前記第1駆動部のトルクが予め定められた歯打ち音発生トルク領域の範囲内であることで、
前記トルク変更手段は、前記第1駆動部のトルクが前記歯打ち音発生トルク領域から外れるように前記第1電動機のトルクを変更するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1駆動部は、車両の前後輪の一方に駆動トルクを付与するもので、該第1駆動部とは別に設けられて前後輪の他方に駆動トルクを付与する第2駆動部を備えている一方、
前記第1駆動部と前記第2駆動部とのトルク分配を制御するトルク分配制御手段と、
前記始動・停止検出手段によって前記エンジンの始動要求または停止要求が検出された時に、前記第1駆動部のトルクが予め定められた歯打ち音発生トルク領域の範囲内で、前記歯打ち音発生判断手段により前記歯打ち音発生条件を満足する旨の判断が為された場合に、前記第1駆動部のトルクが該歯打ち音発生トルク領域から外れるように、前記トルク分配制御手段によるトルク分配を変更する分配変更手段と、
を有し、該分配変更手段によって前記トルク変更手段および前記相殺手段が構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1駆動部は、車両の前後輪の一方に駆動トルクを付与するもので、該第1駆動部とは別に設けられて前後輪の他方に駆動トルクを付与する第2駆動部を備えており、
該第1駆動部および該第2駆動部の両方で駆動トルクを発生して走行する場合に、前記トルク変更手段は、該第1駆動部の駆動トルクを増大させて前記歯打ち音発生条件から外れるようにするとともに、要求駆動トルクに応じて該第1駆動部の駆動トルクを制御する一方、前記相殺手段は、前記第2駆動部の駆動トルクを前記トルク変更手段による前記第1駆動部の駆動トルクの増大量に応じて定まる一定の値に保持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記トルク変更手段により前記第1電動機のトルクが変更された場合に車両挙動が不安定になることを検出または予測する車両挙動検出・予測手段と、
該車両挙動検出・予測手段によって車両挙動が不安定になることが検出または予測された場合に、前記トルク変更手段による前記第1電動機のトルクの変更を規制する変更規制手段と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - エンジン、第1電動機、および歯車機構を有して車両の前後輪の一方に駆動トルクを付与する第1駆動部と、
該第1駆動部とは別に設けられて、車両の前後輪の他方に駆動トルクを付与する第2駆動部と、
前記第1駆動部と前記第2駆動部とのトルク分配を制御するトルク分配制御手段と、
を備えているハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンのトルク変動に起因して前記歯車機構が歯打ち音を発生する条件として前記第1駆動部のトルクに関して予め定められた歯打ち音発生条件を満足するか否かを判断する歯打ち音発生判断手段と、
該歯打ち音発生判断手段により前記歯打ち音発生条件を満足する旨の判断が為された場合に、前記第1駆動部のトルクが該歯打ち音発生条件から外れるように、前記トルク分配制御手段によるトルク分配を変更する分配変更手段と、
を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
