Description
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施形態について説明する。
始めに、図1を参照し、本発明の一実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両1の構成について説明する。ここに、図1は、ハイブリッド車両1の構成を概念的に表してなる概略構成図である。

尚、本発明に係る「動力伝達機構」に係る実施形態上の構成は、動力分割機構300のものに限定されない。例えば、本発明に係る動力伝達機構は、複数の遊星歯車機構が組み合わされた複合型遊星歯車機構であってもよい。
<変速モードの詳細>
本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両1は、ロック対象となる動力分割機構300のサンギアS1の状態に応じて、本発明に係る変速モードの一例として、固定変速モード及び無段変速モードを選択可能である。
ここで、動力分割機構300は、機械的なギア機構であるから、回転要素である各ギアは、夫々その回転方向にバックラッシュ等のガタを有する構成となっている。このようなガタは、一方で回転要素の円滑な動作を促し得る反面、他方で所謂歯打ち音と称される騒音の要因となる。
次に、歯打ち音抑制制御の効果について説明する。始めに、図7を参照し、歯打ち音抑制処理の効果について説明する。ここに、図7は、歯打ち音抑制処理の実行過程におけるMG2トルクTm及びエンジン要求出力Pneの一時間推移を例示する模式図である。
<第2実施形態>
本発明に係る動力伝達機構の態様は、図2に例示するものに限定されない。ここで、図10を参照し、本発明の第2実施形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置20の構成について説明する。ここに、図10は、ハイブリッド駆動装置20の構成を概念的に表してなる概略構成図である。尚、同図において、図2と重複する箇所には、同一の符号を付してその説明を適宜省略することとする。
<第3実施形態>
本発明に係る動力伝達機構の態様は、図2及び図10に例示するものに限定されない。ここで、図11を参照し、本発明の第3実施形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置30の構成について説明する。ここに、図11は、ハイブリッド駆動装置30の構成を概念的に表してなる概略構成図である。尚、同図において、図10と重複する箇所には、同一の符号を付してその説明を適宜省略することとする。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関と、
回転電機と、
該回転電機に対し電力を供給可能且つ該回転電機の回生電力により充電可能な蓄電手段と、
各々が回転方向にガタを有する複数の回転要素を備え、車軸に連結された駆動軸と前記内燃機関及び前記回転電機との間でトルクを伝達可能に構成された動力伝達機構と
を備えるハイブリッド車両を制御する装置であって、
前記駆動軸に対する前記回転電機の入出力トルクが、目標トルクに収束する過程において前記動力伝達機構に前記ガタに起因する歯打ち音を発生させるものとして設定された回避領域を跨ぐか否かを判別する判別手段と、
前記入出力トルクが前記回避領域を跨ぐと判別された場合に、前記入出力トルクが前記回避領域を跨ぐのに要する時間としての跨ぎ時間の短縮化を行い、前記跨ぎ時間を、前記短縮化がなされない場合において前記入出力トルクが前記回避領域を跨ぐのに要する時間としての基準時間に対し短縮化する短縮化手段と
を具備することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記駆動軸に要求されるドライバ要求トルクが維持されるように、前記内燃機関から供給される機関トルクと前記入出力トルクとを協調制御する制御手段を更に具備する
ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記目標トルクは、前記蓄電手段の蓄電状態に対応する状態量と該状態量の基準値との偏差たる基準偏差の大小が夫々前記目標トルクの大小に対応するように、前記基準偏差に応じて設定され、
前記短縮化手段は、前記基準偏差に応じた目標トルクの設定を一時的に停止させ、前記入出力トルクを前記回避領域外のトルク領域に維持することによって前記基準偏差を増加させることにより前記跨ぎ時間を短縮化する
ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記短縮化手段は、前記基準偏差の増加後に前記基準偏差に応じた目標トルクの設定を再開させる
ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記短縮化手段は、前記基準偏差に応じた目標トルクの設定を再開させた場合の前記跨ぎ時間が所定値未満となる場合に、前記基準偏差に応じた目標トルクの設定を再開させる
ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記短縮化手段は、前記目標トルクが前記回避領域内に存在する場合に、前記回避領域を挟む正トルク領域と負トルク領域との間で前記目標トルクを繰り返し設定させることにより、前記入出力トルクが前記回避領域に滞留する時間を短縮化し、且つ前記入出力トルクが前記繰り返し設定される目標トルクへ収束する過程において前記回避領域を跨ぐ際の前記跨ぎ時間を短縮化する
ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記複数の回転要素のうち一の回転要素の状態を回転不能なロック状態と回転可能な非ロック状態との間で選択的に切り替え可能なロック手段を更に具備すると共に、前記非ロック状態に対応し、前記内燃機関の回転速度と前記駆動軸の回転速度との比たる変速比が連続的に可変となる無段変速モードと、前記ロック状態に対応し、前記変速比が固定される固定変速モードとの間で変速モードを切り替え可能に構成されており、
前記判別手段は、前記入出力トルクが前記変速モードの切り替え中に前記回避領域を跨ぐか否かを判別し、
前記短縮化手段は、前記入出力トルクが前記変速モードの切り替え中に前記回避領域を跨ぐと判別された場合に、前記跨ぎ期間を短縮化する
ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
